I purchased the new dill fry burger and recieved something else. When I came back 3 days later to buy a meal, I mentioned never getting the burger and was told since I didn't report the issue the day I didn't receive the food, that they wouldn't give me the burger I bought. I showed my reciept on the sonic app showing I purchased the burger.
App never works. Employees are worthless. Can’t explain why app never works and can’t honor app promotions otherwise.
Worse Chicken Sandwich I’ve ever had in my life!!!! Looked and tasted like it’s been sitting out for a month but since it’s super fake it just got harden. It was gross and made my stomach hurt. Horrible
I pulled in, pressed the order button and waited. After 5 minutes the speaker came on someone mumbled something, I placed my order for a shake and waited. I watched 3 employee's leave and four or five customers get their orders which three customers came after me. I waited and after 15 minutes no shake I left to never return again.
I had a #4 jalapeño burger. It was good, but my old iron stomach did not handle it well. Enjoy those spicy meals while you are still young folks!
When I asked about why the sonic does not work, they responded to go to McDonalds next door , their app works better. The sonic in Conroe worked with the app fine and great food. True about location, location, location and customer service.
Great customer service! I went with my family around late evening, and we had a semi big order; still, this location exceeded our expectations. Everything was correct.
We love the Rout44 Slush anytime of the year. Im sadden that i can't get my Strawberry Pinapple anymore one of my favorites
This sonic is very inconsistent. In my time of supervising a chain of Sonics . I’ve never seen one where the end product is never the same from one day to the next . The tea , either watered down to sweet or taste old wife said she didn’t know what it was . Ordered combo meal with cheese tots , I believe a regular order has 11 tots and a large order has 16 my regular order had 8 1/2 and a French fry the cheese was off to one side . Wearing also the condiments is not by choice sloppy . Burger seems to be built on the cold side table and not the actual shelf in front of it . And make those hop changers jingle . Going to start promoting the McD’s next door .

I don't know what happened ,or is becouse u have probably new people working ... But it's a great change !!! Keep it this way .Cos probably that's what happened to Popeyes in the corner from you ..Terrible service ,missing food ,never on time or " we don't have it" or "run out ".
