After taking the grandkids to the splash pad we went to Sonic and gotSundae'sRefreshing
Unsanitary. I go in just about daily for Route 44 cups of ice and I have noticed a few things 1. I always ask for their crushed ice from the back and that’s not what I get. 2. The cups on my last 2 visits have been filthy on the inside and I’ve had to toss them. Tonight O found a whole lid in the middle of my cup. There’s no way the person that filled the cup didn’t notice there was an entire lid in the cup! The other day I had to toss a cup because a dead fly was in it.I’m not sure if it’s being purposely done as I am a repeat customer but I will never order so much as a peppermint from this nasty, unsanitary place again.
They messed up my order and forgot several items I called and explained from the car what happened, the young manger kid basically called me a liar and to shut me up he would give me 1 hotdogs, (the shorted 2 foot long 1reg) I explained I have a dash cam to show he they never brought and hotdogs and 1big bag one small bag not even close to being large enough for my order. I understand it was raining and they were hurrying and made a mistake on camera blame Customers. I called sonic main office no reply no reply from managers. They obviously support treating customers that way, and if you stole from them they would call the cops, but they forgot(steal) to give me over 20$ >, food it's a non fixable mistake.... the fact corporate sonic don't care enough about there customers to return several concerns we had and they support shorting customers food charging for it to bring profits up, leaving customers broke and hungry! There is s special place in hell for people like that.
Every location I go makes sure to mix their blast except this location they never mix it! They just put their ingredients on top, what’s the point of it? Now we have to mix it with the spoon, ridiculous!!?
Hot and fresh food. Awesome customer service.
I love this location. Staff is always friendly and I have no issues with stuff missing or out of stock. I place mobile orders so it makes me want to come back when my order is correct every time
I can't believe how good sonics fries are!? I know I've gone all my life and of course their fries changed up! I don't remember when but!? Wow!!!! Best change ever to a fast food chain spot!!
Ordered our food last night (about 8:30 so not thag late and there were plenty of people there so I wasn't a random show up) and debated writing a review and decided it was necessary, we got ordered a double cheese burger with tots and oreo blast, and a sour dough with French fries and a reeces blast, the double cheese burger was cold, was not put together properly and the bread was completely soggy, like it had been sitting on a shelf all day the tots were cold and soggy, the sour dough had no onions and had GOBS of mustard and mayo on it, like an obnoxious amount of them, the Texas toast was again completely soggy and the French fries were no where near fresh, also cold soggy, its like my entire order was just thrown in a bag after sitting on a shelf, the oreo blast was perfect but the reeces blast had all of the toppings just sitting in the bottom of the cup it was not mixed at all, had to pour it into a bowl and mix it ourselves, this sonic usually has decent food but this was just awful and unacceptable, literally didn't finish any of it and threw away nearly 25$ worth of food
Well lets see i got myself a route 44 diet ocean water easy ice and ofcourse it wasn't easy ice. But no big deal it happens also a lrg chili cheese tots. They were amazing as usall . But the lrg buffalo pop corn chicken was a let down . Seems like there are lots of pieces that are just breading and no chicken.....step your game up sonic.also ordered a dbl jalapeno cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger and they were good as i was told ... final recap dont order popcorn chick from sonic
This was my 1st time stopping by this location. Everything was great ...except when I took a sip of my ocean water and I'm glad I had not pulled out of the stall yet. I pushed that red button and told the lady that I just got my food and took a sip of my ocean water...something was wrong with it, something was off, it was not right. It tasted like a mix of flat blue raspberry, ocean water & carbonated water. It was not right. But she asked me what I wanted to replace it I said Cherry Limeade. And the problem was made right.
