My second time coming here and my last. First time my order was wrong. The second time I waited 19 minutes in the drive thru, with only one other car in front of me, to get my order.
Me and my wife's smoothie was just not good. Mine tasted like it had fake sugar in it and my wife's was very frothy and not of a smoothie consistency. We have been to may smoothie kings in the past and have never had a bad experience until today.
Got here at 8:53-walked to the door and the sliding glass door did not open. The girls inside looked up laughed and looked away. Went and go back in my car and double checked Google for the hours and just as I thought it said they close at 9.I was unaware that they close early on unspecified nights. I mean, if you’re going close early at least put a sign on the door that explains why your time is more valuable than everyone else’s.Note:Hours are posted so the public knows when a business is open.
Often like to start my day at Smoothie King. I go and they aren't open on time and sometimes employees locked out waiting to start the day. This happen on 4-24-22 at the south look location and then again this morning at the 105 location. Does no one go to work and give themselves time to get the store ready? Or corporate not allow them any extra time to do that?
This is the best Smoothie King in the area! Service with a smile, and my smoothie is always perfect. Ordering with the app is easy- no more waiting in line. Doesn’t get better than that!
I was really happy to see this location opening since it's on my way to work and I usually pick up a smoothie every Friday morning. The last 3 Fridays in a row that I have gone by this location around 7:10-15 it has been closed even though they are supposed to be open at 7am. I don't know whats going on with the management there but you guys need to get employees that will actually show up to open your business are the correct time.
Stopped here for hoping to get in and out in drive thru. Right away when I pulled in I noticed 2 employees sitting in the dining room eating Whataburger : /. I know everyone has to eat and should have a break I just don't agree with employees eating and serving food. Anyway, I placed my order and was told $9.?? for a 32oz. It took 10-12 minutes (no cars in front on me) for the server to return with my order but right away I noticed the cup size was 20oz. When I questioned he says we charged you for 20oz but we'll give you a 32oz. Another wait 5-6 later he returns and I drive off taking a gulp and realized that was NOT the smoothie I ordered so I turned around and went back. This time I walk I side and explained my smoothie didn't taste "right". The guy says "oh, I gave you the wrong g order." geesh. I made it back to my car and was leaving g again and tasted the smoothie and it didn't taste right either so I circled bak and went inside. AGAI N I explained my smoothie did not taste right so the young girl states we can give you your money back or make another. AGAIN I waited, this time I received my correct order and size and it tasted fine. Too bad it took a whole 45 minutes to get 1 smoothie order correct.i walked away thinking these were children left to run a million dollar store and shuttered. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. I still don't understand how I paid $9.?? and was told they gave me a 32oz for free or why it was so hard to get my order right or why it took so long.

Loved the ladies making the smoothies. Much better staff then before. Super helpful with great attitudes.
Came in tonight the this Smoothie King. Thought I would try something new. I walked in and was greeted by 3 very nice ladies. My smoothie tasted amazing! I will definitely be coming back. Jazmyne, Lexi and Xiema you guys are amazing! When I come back I want you to make my next smoothie! 5/5 stars for this crew!
