I've gone a few times now and besides taking my order and making the smoothie. They do not greet you, or tell you to have a good day. There is zero morale here.Other than that, my smoothie is great every time!
There were only 2 employees there when we went in and they were trying to do there best to keep the place clean. We ended up waiting 15 minutes to get helped and one of the customers infront of us left but he'd been waiting alot longer. The smoothies we got were great but either the employees need to be trained on how-to handle a rush or there needs to be 3 employees in here at a time for those rushes.
This place will never get my business again on being racist we are all gods children my prayers for the people who had to experience this ??
I usually don’t post reviews and I am understanding when it comes to those who deal with customer service. I walked in to a short girl who is of color. She didn’t acknowledge me at all until minutes of me already standing. With her AirPods in and on her phone, she told me she’ll be right with me and proceeded to be on her phone. Another woman came out of the back had to get the other girl’s attention to take my order. I was glad to have the other woman to make my order.
Not sure why but on 2/9/22 the doors were closed at 6:30pm. Online says 9pm. Maybe update your hours so we don't drive all the way there next time.
Visited location on morning of December 7th. Very good experience, very clean place well managed. Friendly employees and quick service. Thanks Colby and manager Emily
Young dark head girl with piercing had a horrible attitude, also messed up my smoothie multiple times was a 3 ingredient smoothie.. I was not rude about it. Very upset if you have no customer service skills look for a different job.
I walked in no one acknowledge me. After a couple of minutes of standing waiting to put in my order a young man takes my order. He didn't ask if I had the app nor did he ask my name. The other customers were asked their names (when their order was up they called them by their names) me looking clueless. Needles to say I got my smoothie and left.
This is the worst smoothie king location in the history of smoothie kings. You can tell that the owner does not care about making money or customer service. I’ve been several times when there’s been a sign on the door saying they were closed for an hour… they have teenagers working there that don’t know the difference between their head and their rear. Stop by there today because it’s the one that’s closest to my house and they’re closed at 6:50pm … There’s a sign on the door stating they’re no longer open past 5 o’clock…. Like what… You might as well just close this location there’s another one within 5 miles
This location was listed as having drive thru, curbside, and contactless pickup options. There wasn’t a drive thru. There also weren’t any curbside spots or any clear directions on how to complete a curbside order with signs or in the email confirmation. We were very confused when we arrived. I called the number that was listed in my email confirmation to ask where we were supposed to go. The lady that answered was not only rude but also was so insistent that we didn’t have an order at her store. She was able to find it once I told her that we called the phone # in our email confirmation. She did bring out the order to us. If she hadn’t hung up on me I could have told her to set the drinks on the roof or hood of the car. We have Covid and were hoping to pick up smoothies in a way that was safe for the employees. I believe that corporate should pay some more attention to this location as it is not advertised properly and could use some love.
