Great & friendly staff! Everyone is moving and making sure to serve you fast and well as possible. Best Shipley’s anywhere near. Ordered a frozen drink, and they kept me updated on my drink by letting me know mine would be made as soon as they did a few for a person who ordered in front of me. Everyone up front is awesome!I wish I could of left a tip paying by card. You’re only able to tip if you have cash.

Food was hot and fresh but extremely nasty lol first time trying Shirley’s wanted to see what the hype was about. It will definitely be my last time. The staff is amazing there though!
Clean, comfortable and good selection. Friendly service.LOVE the blueberry cake donut.My only complaint would be having someone mopping with Fabuloso right next to my table when we're eating.It's a very strong smell. Doesn't go well with food.
12/17/2022: I pulled up at 927pm I watched the guy run to the back and shut the lights off. There were still donuts on the rack and they don't close until 10pm. Just go to the other 2 Shipley's in the area trust me. 2 months earlier another employee seemed high and difficult to deal with. I will spread the word.
I missed coming here!! I hadn't been here in over 15 years. My oldest was a baby, and not he's 20. The kolachie's aren't what they used to be. They have a good brand of sausage but are small. All the prices have gone up, but the tastes isn't as good as I remember. Kinda sad.
Kolache‘s taste plain, they use small cheap hotdog and bread is flavorless. Donuts cost 1.14 and up! Overpriced and overrated when compared to mom and pop shops.
I love the sausage and cheese kolaches; both spicy and regular.... The warm glazed donuts and donut holes will melt in your mouth... I also like the glazed cake buttermilk donuts.... One thing though, I don't think they have a functioning drive-through, which Google Maps says they do...

Ordered a Bavarian cream and a lemon filled. They put both in the same bag and got lemon glaze over everything. That wouldn't have mattered much if the Bavarian hadn't been 2/3 plain dough with filling in one small area, so the one area that actually had some Bavarian cream was covered in lemon glaze, which wasn't a great combination. I've never had an issue with the service at this location, but the product was pretty disappointing today.
