This place is a hidden Jen. While the name has pizzeria, their dinner selection where wonderful. Stopped I. For pizza on day and loved it so much that I had to go back and try their dinner items. I donât think anyone would be disappointed.
We went for lunch on a Friday, wasn't too crowded, great service, dining area has comfortable ambiance, I got the house salad with the lasagna, the freshest salad I've had at any restaurant we've tried here, the balsamic dressing was perfect. The bread was so soft and seasoned just right and the olive oil to dip it in was not too tangy and not too sweet an excellent selection. Our appetizer mozzarella sticks were delicious. My lasagna was perfection.
Our waitress Jamie was awesome, service was a little slow but she was all by herself and there were two big parties. The food was delicious but came out very slow and by the time some people got their food, other part members were done and had been sitting for a while. We had 8 people in our party so the kitchen needs to step it up and get everyone's meals out within a decent time between not 10-15 between each dish. We were there for 2 and a half hours(because food was slow)
Above and beyond great service by the manager, Jamie. Ordered online and hubs ordered Brooklyn style pizza. We were having a hard day dealing with my newborn son's diagnosis at TCH, and she offered us drinks, warm water for my son's formula, and apologized for the wait. We have now decided this will be the ONLY place we get pizza from.
Nobody has ever said anything good about this place, but I decided to give it a try anyway.I can't tell you of the quality of their food because I never ended up trying it.The customer service was horrendous.They were slow when I tried to place an order twice.The first person hung up on me and the second person was a complete jerk.I ended up going to a place down the road called "crust". They were completely slammed, but still found the time to be polite and offer friendly service. Crusts pizza is great too, I guess I'll never know about russos

First time here for dinner. They bring lots of bread with olive oil pesto, very tasty but don't eat it all or you won't be able to finish dinner. Pizza was awesome! Great crust, mozzarella cheese and sauce on the Supreme like pizza. Great sized small Caesar salad that we could share. Jamie was a very friendly waitress! We'll go back and try pasta next time! ?♥️✌️

Ordered Shrimp Scampi for delivery last night and received Shrimp Russo. Not only was it the wrong item, but the shrimp had a weird smell/taste. Even the pasta tasted like shrimp. Did not eat.
