I never wrote any unpleasant reviews about any business, I always try to find understandable situations for the owners or service persons. This time I feel I have the obligation to share my bad experiences in order to help the majority be healthy!I have been to this restaurant 3 times, last night the foot really made me feel sick for a long time. I ordered "Red Phoenix Imperial"Jumbo shrimp, scallops and chicken tender sauteed with snow peas, mushroom, carrots and broccoli in soy-ginger sauce. At The beginning of eating, I noticed it wasn't cooked well, and asked the manager, she explained that it was normal. I felt I should not bother them and kept eating half of it, on the way home I felt something wrong with my stomach, I had to rest myself on the coach after I got home, middle of night I threw up and had a bad headache too. 2 am now, my stomach tells me I need to write about my bad experiences in order to prevent others from suffering unknowingly, Seafood didn't cook well, which wasn't healthy for anyone. Especially they didn't add real ginger or garlic, or onion or green onion. This restaurant didn't cook real Chinese food. Because the lady said they have been there over 17 years? They trained those "Chef" Over 17 years? She said the Chinese chef didn't like to cook there? Why? They use Chinese Food names as Chinese Restaurant, Hire unqualified or cheaper "Chef" to Cook faked Chinese food to fool the majority of Americans ! I'm not a chef, but I always use Ginger or Garlic, or green onion if I cook Seafood, in order to prevent the stomach from getting sick. But last night My Seafood combination there didn't use any of those spices for health issues or for tasty , especially because they didn't cook well. I really Hope the Owner Can Teach "Chef" there to use Ginger or Garlic, or onion for their Seafood in order to prevent their customers from getting stomach sick slowly in case it doesn't cook well or Seafood isn't fresh..

Great quality Asian food. Sweet sour pork, egg fu yung, and chicken with vegetables are our favorites.

This is a pretty nice place to eat. Food comes out quickly (at least with my experience). Prices are notably higher than your average Chinese place.HUGE CAUTION: Double check if your food is cooked all the way. My fianceé and I had their chicken and there was some faint pink inside, so it looked slightly raw.The inside of the restaurant looks very nice with solid decoration, almost like a romantic setting. There seems to be a dichonomy of music playing since next door is a gym with workout music and this place, with more relaxing music. The music here is pretty cliché and it sounds like a Pandora's radio station for piano music.I give this 3 stars for the nice atmosphere but mediocre quality of food. It's not a bad place by any means but they need to double check their cooking.

Had ribs and a seafood udon noodle bowl and would recommend both to anyone. Staff never let my tea glass empty and the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. I definitely see why it's drawn such high reviews.

The food is delicious and always consistent. Our go to for Asian cuisine!

Amazing food coming here every weekend with the boys

Ordered food at 5:30. It was promised that it would be delivered in 50-60 min. Red Phoenix has always been my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area but it took them almost 2 hours & 15 min.to get the food to us for an order of 2 entrees, rice and appetizer. Ridiculous. Done ordering from them. This isn't the first problem like this. So disappointing.

Very clean, good service and; fresh and delicious food.

The best Chinese food around, Red Phoenix is a go-to. The worst part about the restaurant is restraining myself from eating out too often!

5 of us had lunch there this week and were happy. Be warned, some dishes come with just the meat, a small cup of rice, and a bowl of sauce...no vegetables. Seeing as how I love vegetables, I recommend asking what comes with your meal so there are no surprises.
