Worst Mother’s Day dinner ever. Hostess had attitude when first sat when we wanted to move tables because my boyfriend is tall and couldn’t fit in the booth. Didn’t know who our server was for the first 15 min because she never greeted us another guy did. Got drinks. Server finally came by after we were long ready to order with three hungry children. We ordered food. She asked my boyfriend what he wanted on the nachos. He listed everything. They arrived with nothing he said on them. Server did bring food. Never saw server again. She never checked on us. I drank two drinks and probably would of drank a lot more if server would of paid attention. I’ve been in the service industry for 11 years and wait tables for a living. Maybe with some more training - this place could do better or better service. But I will not be returning. Server brought check and never returned. Walked to front to speak to manager and pay check. 0/10 do not recommend.
We have been to this restaurant many times. The food is always very good and presented nicely. The service for the most part has been good to excellent. However, this evening my wife and I and 2 friends went to Rancho Grande - Conroe. We were seated and received our salsa and chips, drinks and menus by a very nice young lady. We waited over 10 minutes for our waiter to take our order. The food was delivered in a timely manner. I had asked the waiter, Adrian for a side of jalapeños, which I NEVER received! We ate our entire meal and our waiter NEVER checked on us. We were out of chips. We drinks were empty, but NO WAITER! We had finished our meal and had to wait another 10 minutes to get our check. The service was horrible and because of LACK OF SERVICE, our entire experience was negatively effected! This may not sound bad, but it was!! We flagged down the manager on duty. What made matter worst is THE MANAGER DID NOT RESOLVE OUR ISSUES! He did say he was sorry (didn’t sound sincere). There are many ways he could have made our visit more acceptable, by at least offering us a free soft drink or comp meal. But he did not! Him not making us feel that his involvement would improve future experiences, I now question whether this manager or this Rancho Grande wants or deserves our business? This is Texas. We have hundreds of Tex-Mex restaurants to choose from. Does Rancho Grande want our future business or yours?EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT RESOLUTION!
My wife and I come here a lot for lunch. They're essentially our go-to for Tex Mex. Never been disappointed. Very affordable; good bang for your buck. Service is always friendly, and they get the food out quickly. Thanks for the great food and service.
Rulis is the best! Awesome service and makes the best drinks! If you want an awesome margarita anywhere in the greater Houston area look no further!
They serve you very well with words and everything later at the time of ordering they only bring you half of your order I asked for a stewed meat and they never swallowed my tortillas the staff was just like idiots but at the time of charging they were there pending Also I had to pay in full when my food left everything because the stupid waiter didn't take what I ordered. He would never recommend that place to anyone. ???

I'm being generous giving them 3 stars. This place used to be a nice little place that was affordable, but something changed here. The prices are little much and the quality isn't there anymore. Chips were stale and my over priced 'lunch' plate didn't taste very good. Steak fajita meat was very dry and tough. Even rice and beans were bland. Just going to a no name taco truck for something a lot better tasting next time. Service was ok until he brought us the food and never returned to the table or checked if we needed anything else and never brought the check or refill. Time to find a new place.
Well the food was incredibly soggy.... the cheese dip tasted processed. The chicken tasted like Chinese food??? Tacos tasted like when I was in middle school? Jeez, should've went to the taco truck and spent half the money for 1000xs better food.
The food literally had no taste it just tasted plain will not Be coming back it was a waste of my money coming here I should have went with my instincts and went to McDonald's instead would of had better tasting food there.
Love Rancho. We always go here for pepes seafood special, its so good.The service is very good
