My order here is often wrong. I they usually forget toast or the extra mustard or sauce I order. I get that accidents happen but it’s consistently happening. My last visit was everything but that. I got my order, pulled off to make sure it was all right. To my surprise (and for a change), it actually was. Added an extra star for that. Hoping next time will be good and accurate.
Girl who handed me the food was rude and didnt care, made me juggle 3 drinks along with the card i was holding and didnt try to help, and didn’t respond to me instead kept repeating “do you want ketchup” and then sent me out closing the window swiftly after handing me my food.Otherwise, food is always amazing, drinks are always good, and I love going to canes but probably no longer this location. Made my smile and happy day go down to upset and not feeling good about myself when i was being nice.3/9/22
We love going to Raising Cane’s but the chicken is so small now. Check out the 3 finger combo we got tonight. Disappointing especially for the price.
I ordered extra Cane's sauce, which I didn't get. The fries were cold by the time I got home, about ten minutes later. The lettuce in the sandwich was wilted as well.
More times than not, the fries here are old and soggy. I equate them to store bought frozen fries that have been cooked in an oven. I'm not saying that's the process because it's not, but that's what they remind me of. They're just bad. There's been one time where they were fresh and as they should be. The chicken is usually good, as is the Canes sauce, which is why most of us go there anyway. This just isn't the best Canes in the area.**Edited**I have reached out to their customer service to the contact information provided in their comment below.**Update**Management reached out to me, and they seem to really care and have an interest in producing quality food. I'll keep this review updated after we give Cane's another shot.
They Apparently weren’t listening to me at all when I ordered because not all he was my husband coleslaw in there that he did not want, I requested toast instead AND to top it off, they skipped the five extra cane sauces that I ordered… I don’t understand how anybody eats a box combo with one cane sauce. I got the three and still need at least 2… customer service includes listening people!!! It’s not hard to pay attention to orders so you can actually I don’t know, get it right? Box combo below… almost out of sauce.

Mark is a very rude. I used to work here at canes I LOVED the job I had good trainers but this job just wasn’t for me. I am a soccer player and I tend to have tournaments and after school practice I thought I would quit so that someone who is more reliable could get a job. I will agree my notice was not so early but I did give a notice in that notice stating I wasn’t reliable and also stating I was thankful for the opportunity I was given. They never responded. Mark then called me asking why I didn’t show up I told him about the notice I gave he then proceeded to ask “why?”I then responded with me having to deal with soccer and then having my schedule mixed up with soccer he then rudely responded saying that it is Sunday and that I have no games Sunday and asked what was the problem. I had no words because of how he was trying to intimidate me with his tone, this was my first job I’m new to all of this I couldn’t express myself to him due to how he came off at me so then he said “goodluck finding another job” I don’t know if he meant it sarcastically but it came off sarcastically. So I have something to say Mark thank you. Something I couldn’t say after u hung up thank you for the opportunity I was given but just because you’re a manager it doesn’t give you a right to act any better than me and it doesn’t make you any better than me. Work on your customer service and temper and learn how treat your customers with respect and learn how to be more understanding maybe then you wouldn’t have this many bad reviews on a fast food restaurant due to just your mistakes.
Continues to have smaller chicken pieces every year. They ran out of fries and refused to substitute more chicken for lack on fries... which is half the meal... very disappointed in canes in general. Loaded with msg
Only canes i have ever been in that doesnt have lemons. Or at least rhey didnt want to give me any since i could see them from the counter. Will be going to other locations from now on
