Food was great, we had fried chicken, nuggets, chicken sandwich and fries. Everything was delicious!The only problem was with their sanitizer gel, it smelled so terrible the we decided to go wash our hands only to discover that their hand soap smells terrible too and all that story could sound like a little too much but remember that all the food there has to be eaten with your (now) smelly hands (thanks a lot). Just avoid their cleaning products and enjoy a delicious meal.
I've never left a negative experience but rather don't comment about the location if I wasn't happy about something. I worked at a popeye's when I was young and I get it, it sucks. But this particular Popeye's over the years has gotten worse and worse. Ordered ahead but still had to wait 40 minutes for my order. Hey, I'm blessed that I can eat out, shop or whatever so I'm not wanting so sound entitled but the staff had every person before me and even those arriving after me frustrated. Seemed like they didn't care and were just going through the motions...managers included. The popeye's on FM 1488 is much more attentive, double check the orders and WAY friendlier.
The food was great but the prices are getting crazy. We used to get chicken often but now not nearly as much because the prices have gone up so much.
Had Meal for two special. Thai combo consist of five pieces of fried chicken, two biscuits, and two sides. The server only gave me one side at driver through.
This Popeyes needs more training. I’ve given them so many chances, but I’d rather drive 10mins into town than this location that’s a block away from home. They low balled me by paying for a full meal but didn’t even get a drink or was offered a drink, completely ignored by the guy in the window who was talking with his coworkers I’m sure about something important, & when I told him to have a good day, I get the window slammed in my face so he can continue his conversation. They’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times & just this evening, I order the chicken sandwich. I open it up to see two bottom buns, no big deal really not really picky about that, but the chicken tastes like is been out all day & is chewy. Please someone train these people.

My experience at this specific location was not a good one. We had to send food back, they were short staffed, and to honest it just doesn't have that authentic Louisiana flavor any more.
The drive thru completely messed up my order and refused to make it right.The staff is very rude!!!!
