Ordered a shrimp tackle box & a small drink . Got shrimp & a biscuit & a drink , no side $ 7 + dollars when asked about the side said I didn’t order a side & it’s extra . Ate what I got handed to me & left . Sounded like a party in the back when I left . Foul language and laughter . I eat there often . Not anymore. This is the one on 3083 & I - 45 . Sunday between 1&2pm
They forgot about my food I was sitting in my car for 30 minutes ! They even said they forgot! Bad service never going back!!!! And really rude!!!!

Dine in today went to get drinks: no tea selection, no tag over Root beer because I was told they were out, lemonade was all syrup, out of honey mustard dipping sauces and had to make sure chicken tenders were cooked properly and order was correct. Very disappointed about this chain and normally Im not. Hope they were just having an off day today.
Haven't had this drive thru food in a while.. so I stopped by!! The chicken sandwich I had with my meal order was SOOO GOOD. The chicken was big, crispy, juicy, hot, and delish. I love all the side orders available, but I chose the Fries.. they wasn't that good... they would have been if only they was hot, and fresh... warm, room temp fries realy suck if they aren't fresh.. :/ I wish I would've chose a different side order for sure.. the Coke was good.. great place if your wanting a good chicken sandwich tho.. ??????
Got a 12 peice meal deal. All 12 peices were extremely dry and hard as a rock. Ordered dark meat only and they gave us 10 wings, a thigh, and a breast. The biscuits were like bricks as well. The mac and cheese was decent though. Honestly can't see why they are still open.
Never again !! Would I go to this Popeyes anymore ! I came thru drive thru nobody would answer so I went inside and parked the cashier /manager didn’t even greet us he looked at us and I had to tell him what I wanted to order since he was rude when I order my food he shoved everything in a big box fries biscuits and chicken ! Just awful we got spoil red beans and rice nasty cold raw chicken just awful called corporate hopefully this place gets shutten down

I gave 3 stars because our order was correct through the drive thru. We did check our order before driving off because in the past we have gotten home with our order missing items. Tonight my order had a thigh that was not fully cooked. It was bloody next to the bone. This is the first time that I have gotten chicken at this location that was not fully cooked. Very disappointed at Popeyes in Conroe. I have gotten bloody chicken from both locations. May have to drive to Willis next time.
I go to this popeyes chicken restaurant in conroe all the time.The food is hot and fresh and the coleslaw and red beans and rice are great.The staff is very helpful and pleasant to deal with when ordering. The restaurant is open now for indoor dining and it is very clean inside.
