I will start off by saying I am a fan of Popeyes for fast good chicken. That being said, I have not had an experience from Popeyes like this. I ordered a 12 piece family meal. We were told to pull to the side so they could make fresh chicken. We were in the drive through. I have no problem with that. The more fresh, the better. About 10 minutes goes by and they bring out our chicken and sides. We go home which is about 5 minutes away. Upon opening the box of chicken, we realize that there are only 8 pieces and 5 of them look like they were under a heat lamp for the better part of the day. They were discolored, dry, and rubbery. It was late so we decided to just eat what we could. Neither of us felt well the rest of the night. I was so disappointed. The sides were good though.
I got the new chicken nuggets here the other day and they were perfect! They were cooked just right with good flavor and they were mild. My toddler also loved them and she is hard to please. I got the same thing from a different location in Montgomery and it was horrible. We are definitely coming to this location even though the other location is more convenient. The other location over cooked the nuggets and they were spicy, very odd they were like dark brown instead of golden. So I hope this location doesn't change how they cook their nuggets.
The food was great, we went at lunch time and the line moved fairly quick considering how busy they were. The reason for only 1 star is, my wife went inside to use the bathroom while I sat in the drive thru. She said there feces and blood all over the women's restroom.
Good hot fried chicken & the sides were good to & the cashier was nice & told me about a special that saved me money and gave us all the chicken we needed.
I went to grab lunch on my lunch break I was in a time crunch to get back to work although they were very busy, the customer service, their speed, and promptness was beyond my expectation. I was in and out very fast. My order was also made correct. Will definitely be back again.
Great service and the food was on point. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I got everything that I wanted. Definitely recommend
My 8 year old son was eating his mashpoates & chicken when he bit into whatever the hell this is VERY DANGEROUS! He hurt his tooth from biting it so hard !!! Absolutely not Acceptable I will be getting a hold of cooperate on this & will never eat here again !
Very dissatisfied yet again. Tall lady cashier asked a short girl for help. N she messed up my food. I took back mashed potatoes because I order red beans n rice n she took it n put it back with other containers, seriously, she don't knw if I opened it or touched it.. then she "gave" me my red beans n rice, well YET again I got mashed potatoes. Wow. . La ineptitud....
The staff is extremely rude, does not worry about front counter at all! The lady that’s a manager her name was Addie was very rude about everything, doesn’t care about her job obviously. I will never come back to this popeyes due to her showing her costumers she’s not capable of anything! Do not recommend coming to this popeyes at all!! Waited over an hour for our food, very trashy place. Will not happen ever again!
Great Friendly staff. Ordered on line but had to wait for spicy dark. I don't mind waiting on fresh cooked food ( I prefer it) . They did miss my mash and gravy and got two red beans and rice instead... still good
