Pizza Hut is consistent with their pizza. This is no exception. The only thing I'm disappointed about is them being vocal in their support of the LGBTQ+ community. A small but vocal community that wants to sexualize our next generation and demasculate our men.
Did an online order and app said order was ready. I pulled to the drive-thru line around 11:45am. Before I could say anything, the girl says "sorry, we just opened and it will be a little while."I then told her I did an online order and it said it was ready. The girl them says "well, someone just ordered 10 pepperoni pizzas and yours will be another 15 minutes."I'm trying to figure out why she told me they "just opened" at 11:45 when the sign says they open at 11:00. And, why signal my order is ready when it's not. Gas is $4.10 a gallon right now - and now I have to idle in this heat with hungry kids. Sorry, this location has lost my business. Plenty of other pizza places around.
I.orderd 4.pizzas for delivery and they never showed up . The tracker kept saying out for delivery so I called and they said could not find the place and they called no answer. I believe they where at wrong house and never call.because I was watching for them . Had 5 hungry people.to feed.. never again.!
I need to know if this Pizza Hut uses the same ingredients as the other Pizza Huts. Last time I came here, the sauce had NO flavor… almost like they used Red Baron pizza sauce or something. The cheese is super sticky and has a different texture than any other Pizza Hut I’ve been to. Something is off with this location. Almost like someone said they’re going to open a pizza shop but use Pizza Hut’s name and logo, but not their ingredients.
I work here, but I tend to give honesty above loyalty, it's clean, we wash our hands and everything down before and after food prep and cooking, honestly if you find a more cleaner pizza hut to eat from let me know. Come try it and always remember to try our latest deals to save you money and get more for you buck.
The customer service was terrible and I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from their wings. The ladies at the counter were very unprofessional and seemed put out to have to add to the order. I kindly told them I had no problem waiting and they agreed to bring it out to me....they never did bring it out, I had to go back up to the counter where they rudely gave me food that had been sitting. I rarely post bad reviews but something needs to be done about this restaurant. Myself and others I know have had many poor experiences here and never have said anything. With the bad service, the quality of food and me getting extremely sick for two days afterward (mind you I'm the only one who ate the wings) I had to warn whomever might go here.
Once again, our delivery of wings, pizza and breadsticks came with no ranch and no marinara for the breadsticks. It's happened before but we chalked it up to them being busy. Decided to call the store this time and Isabella didn't seem too concerned about fixing the problem other than to say we can get credit for the missing sauce or "come pick it up yourself"! Rude! The purpose of DELIVERY is that we don't have to leave home. We pay extra fees for this and I'm gonna drive up there now to pick up sauce that should be included anyway?? Never again.
I normally would have gone to the closer college park location, but every order has been absolutely terrible. This location recently opened and is not much farther away and I will be going back again. The 2 pizzas I ordered actually looks like how its advertised. Not just some lazily thrown together mess that the college park location does.
My pizza was not that good. The crust tasted old, like it had been in the freezer and had the taste of it. My company orders frequently and usually have a great experience. I guess today was an off day
Pizza hut you are losing a loyal customer of over 40 yrs if you don't make this right. Your manager says it's your fault she can't put enough toppings on my pizza, but if I pay for 5 toppings on my pizza I expect enough of those 5 toppings on the pizza to be able to taste them and see them.
