After placing an online order this pizza hut finds some reason to call me and cancel. This is the only place that delivers to our area so its really inconvenient to place a $45 order for them to call me15 minutes later saying their driver got in a wreck, their oven is down, or whatever else they can come up with at the time!
THE MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE EVER. Can't Read, Cant hear, And most of all Dont do their job! Hell they didnt make my pizza and when they didnt gave me someone elses order. I had them make the whole thing again. I swear the Idiocy of today. Maybe look for another job that you can actually handle.
The delivery driver was in a wreck.in front of are house .he is ok.but we order at 5 and got the same pizza that was involved in the wreck at 745. After Jessica the Manger said they was remaking ate food .she lie and is very rude. Plus someone took bites out of the wings .
It was a long wait due to Young staff members not attending to the front counter, but the food was excellent and one girl who was working doing her job was really nice because she was on the phone most of the time taking orders.
My pizza being delivered on time. My cookie still being soft n warm. It took over an hour after my pizza was ready for delivery
It took the delivery driver over an hour to get to my home after I had received the "out for delivery" text. The pizza was luke warm.Edit: Tried again and it was only twenty minutes from pressing submit on the website to the pizza being hot and fresh at my front door?
The girl taking orders was friendly and had good service. Whoever made the pizzas tho ?.I'll just say this if you want pizza delivery and Dominos is an option shop their coupons and use their point system for free delivery IS FAR BETTER than whatever pizza hut has.
The service is ridiculous! They assume what the customer wants on their order instead of listening to the customer and doing it correctly and then when you attempt to correct them they get defensive. The attitude of the employees in store is incredibly ridiculous and the service gets worse each time..... not worth even a full star but a half is not an option.
Late, cold, didn’t follow order! Wings didn’t send any drum pieces pathetic!! For 50 and to be cold! Not worth our money we earn to spend on this
I never have any issues with my local Pizza Hut :) The app is great, the website is great, and I always get great food :)
