If I could them no stars I would. I ordered my pizza online went and picked it up. When I got home there was hair on food I took a picture then I tried to call the store for over 20 minutes. Finally someone answered and said “ I reassure you there is no hair on your food” proceeding to say if you bring it up and show us we will remake it. Well I go up there with the food and I showed them the hair on my pizza. Again calling me and my husband a liar and refusing to make my food. Will Never order from or recommend them. Then they proceeded to threaten to call the cops and take pictures of my vehicle because they didn’t want to remake food. Pictures below.
Ordered from here, after finding hair in my food and calling for 30mins with no answer, they blamed it being my own and refused to fix the issue after finally having to show up there once again. Asked for proof and gave them photos. Afterwards, threatened to call the cops and followed to take photos of my vehicle. By far the worst experience. No refund, no service. Thanks pizzahut. Food was good. Delivered in a timely manner. Driver was nice.How do they deliver a delicious chicken Alfredo dish to a motel room without a fork or spoon. Eating with hands but no napkins either
Currently still waiting, 30 minutes after our food was supposed to be ready. We showed up, checked in for curbside, then I saw them bring out an order that looked exactly like ours but handed it to another car. Of course we didn't think anything of it because, duh.10 minutes later we walk in, they said they handed it to the wrong person. Ugh. Said another 15 minutes. Nope. Want another 6 minutes.LOL during this time, we are watching the dudes make the food, and one totally picks food up, STICKS IT IN HIS MOUTH, then goes and picks up a bucket of FOOD, and continues putting food together, and we never once see him step aside long enough to wash his hands. NASTY.Leaving to go get food somewhere else and asking for a refund. GROSS.Edit: neither of them are wearing gloves. DOUBLE NASTY.---Edit: Manager was kind and gave us a refund.
You can see the photo I snapped last night 2/23/22 of a worker bare handed making pizza..adding toppings. This is really not a safe practice especially with Covid worries on everyone's minds. Even in a non covid world this is how people get sick. Please do better
Called in my order and told them to bring it to ER. Well the driver calls and asks me where I want it delivered, but I was busy and didn't answer. I returned the call 8 minutes later and no one answered. Texted the number and no response. They never brought our pizza and never even called to say they weren't delivering it. I called the next day and talked to the manager. She acted like it was our fault and said their policy says if we don't answer then they don't have to deliver the pizza. It doesn't make sense. I gave them the address and where to deliver it when I called. Just follow the directions. Manager tried to tell me that the driver didn't call me back because they closed at 11pm but they actually closed at midnight. Terrible customer service.
The pizza was OK, but we were very disappointed in the wings. We ordered two different styles of wings and neither had near enough sauce. They were dry and there was only small traces of sauce on each wing. Total waste of money.
Both the pizza and chicken were dry. Your menu is missing items we used to get. Your delivery person was excellent.
So dissatisfied with the guest service at this location. On several occasions now delivery driver has “arrived” at our residence but that is false. We make our order and 2 hours later nothing will show up. We call Pizza Hut and they answer the phone and then hang up. The only way we could get them to answer the phone for us we by pretending to make a new order. Not really sure what kind of structure they have going on here but it obviously is extremely flawed. Tried to speak to the manager and he obviously needs better training on customer service. It’s really disappointing to speak to a manager who is supposed to help you and sort the situation but instead acts like a kid showing off in front of his friends.
The order was correct, but I waited over an hour for ice cold pizza. When I say ice cold, I mean that there wasn’t a hint of warm on either pizza when they arrived. The disappointing part was I left a nice tip on my card before the pizza was delivered and the pizza was dropped at my front door without any mention from the driver about it not being warm, which would have been noticeable. Not a great first impression since I just moved to the area and have used Pizza Hut quite a bit over the years.
