Im a person that deals with horrible anxiety/paranoia. So the SEALs placed on the boxes being delivered were very comforting for me. Unfortuantely I won’t be able to eat this meal due to that. Who do I speak with about putting the seals back on the boxes?Side Note: No complaints towards this specific location. Customer Service and Delivery service was great. The food also came exactly as ordered. Two stars were given because this situation caught me off guard.
By the reviews and my own experience I have called 2 times both times I sit on hold for 10 or more minutes then the line goes quite after hearing about cows for ten minutes and all you hear is someone breath then click. They seem very very lazy when I go in there they ain't never doing anything but playing around.
Worst experience of any pizza joint in a long time. Best part, you pay for a “cup of marinara” but you get a laugh followed by frustration after. When I added them to one cup it was just UNDER half full. Only lasted 2 cheese sticks. Lol just a joke. Pizza was okay but was over cooked. Do not tip, unless using delivery. I’ll say as much. Did not get all of everything I paid for, got a little of everything I paid for.
I ordered a large stuff crust pizza and the inside of the crust was watery and gooey not like a regular stuff crust. Had nasty taste. Never again
This place is sad. We placed an order for delivery at 5:05 and it’s almost 8:00! Food still didn’t come. The status keep changing from its on its way, to they preparing our food. We called 5 times, no one answered. When I say we called, we called until the phone got tired of ringing or they hung up one ??♀️. So we went up there n they guy says our order is next!! They didn’t even start on it ??♀️.. we canceled our order of course but we’re never ordering there again. Worse then being in the hood!! ?
I had stopped ordering from here and after 8 years I figured I'd try it again. Very nice employees and quick service, the food was good too. But it would have been great if there order was correct.. The pizza was not how we ordered it. So they will get another 8 years and I'll try again.
The taste and the appearance were great but the pizza was not cut all the way so we had to tear a piece to get it. That is not the first time that has happened. It was almost like the grooves for the cut was there but they didnt actually slice the pizza.
Our pizzas were soggy. We called the store and spoke to someone. They told us they will be giving us a credit. The time promised on the app that we receive our pizza was incorrect. It came 30 minutes late. So, please make sure we receive credit and deliver the time mentioned on the app. Thank you,
We ordered from them at 10:07 and we NEVER received our pizza. We called multiple times and got hung up on every time we called. We are expecting a full refund and never ordering from this store again. There was no phone assistance and the store is horrible for not delivering our pizza promptly.
Pizza was prepared and cooked well. Delivered quick and hot.
