So happy they opened this location! Every time I order from here the pizza is HOT & FRESH & XTRA CHEESY. The little cinnamon roll bites are to die for! The customer service has also always been on point for me.
Waited two hours and no knock no call nothing the driver left our pizza in the rain so was soggy and soaked 3 ppl where listening for him worst location ever
Very friendly delivery drivers when they drop off the pizza. Yesterday a topping was missing from our pizza and we called and they remade it and had it delivered. Very helpful customer service.
I wouldn’t order from this place again! They are so difunctional Very poor customer service. I ordered online for pickup and paid by credit card. They said I didn’t pay and the order said cash. Even should her the online confirmation and she put the pizza back behind the counter as if I were going to grab and run ! I asked her to credit my card back and she refused and said call corporate. Never again!!
If I could give zero stars I would. The worst customer service, I have ever experienced. Ordered online, said 40 minutes took a hr and 20 to get the pizza, at least it was made correctly. To bad it was cold. The driver was rude, the so called manager/shift leader’s attitude was repugnant.

I ordered pizza and chicken and after an hour they delivered with wrong pizza and no chicken so the delivery man took back the pizza. And after 1 hour again they delivered the pizza but no chicken. Called the office but staff said it takes 1 hour to cook for the chicken. We tried to understand at first but 2x mistake is unacceptable
I have been twice for a quick bite after everything else is closed. I was impressed each time
Very Poor customer service by the manager she must really hate her job.. Wish I would of read reviews before ordering my carry-out pizza!!!! I placed an order and was told it'd be ready in 20 minutes. 1 hour in a half later they were not even working on my order. The young lady in the front kept asking the other employees for my order and she was ignored. The manager was outrageously RUDE and unprofessional. She basically told me that she could start my order( after 1 hr in a half of waiting) or she could refund me my money and to find my way out. So if you are hungry be prepared to wait long time.
I wouldn’t order pizza here again. They are very understaffed. I placed a mobile order and walked in 20+ minutes after placing the order and they hadn’t started making the pizza. There’s 1 person making pizzas. The labor shortage is real! IChanging my review from 1 star to 3 because the pizzas came out good.Also everyone order on the app. 2 medium 1 topping pizzas on the app are $12 right now. 12.99 with tax
