DISGUSTED with this stores customer service. Ordered 1 large pie and 1 medium pie which received a confirmation email stating would take 45-52 min for delivery, great. 1 hr and 45 min later still nothing so I decided to call the store and see what's going on. The first person I spoke with couldn't find my order and said I never placed one even though I supplied them with my phone number, name, order number and checked and saw my credit card was indeed charged. After 15 minutes of this I spoke with another person who seemed to be the supervisor or manager. She found my order right away but couldnt understand why I was upset that my order was late by at this point 50 minutes. I was told to wait another 25-30. When stated I live 5 minutes away from the store I was told "you should've picked up your order then" Well had I known it would take over 2 hours to get pizza, maybe I would have. Regardless, the only solution I was offered was to have my order cancelled, after now waiting over 2 hours. Instead I'll leave this review for management to view. Never had an issue with their pizza, it's their disrespectful and rude manager/ supervisor that is the main issue. Needless to say I will never order from here again and will make sure to tell everyone I know to do the same. Can get pizza from Crust or Marcos that's in the same vicinity.Update: 3 hours after order placed they cancelled my order without notifying me because I expressed my frustration with the order.
Pizza was delivered hot and quickly!! Very tasty! Highly recommend!
Had to go back to get the breadsticks remade. Were given regular ones when garlic parm were ordered. Also there were no other customers in the store but all but one of the front parking spots was full. Guessing it was all the employees cars but only saw a few people actually working so not sure where the other cara came from.
Manager needs new crew. I worked for papa John's twice and never have I seen a store so filthy before. Recommend avoiding this store location.
I gave it a 1 because I can’t give it a 0. Never and I mean never have I had such horrible customer service. I understand it’s Saturday and it’s busy, but I was patient and waited the 45 min for my pizza only for it to never be delivered and the app saying it was. When I called I was put on hold and disconnected 3 times. When I called for the 4th time and said the gentleman was getting a manager to help with my order, Nathan informed me they were busy and the manager was too busy. He agreed to refund my order but honestly I just wanted to find out if he could see where it was delivered because I live in a new development and wanted to be able to give better directions next time. So disappointed.
Ordered at 6:15 for carryout. Said 30-45 minutes. Showed up at 7:30 and it's just barely on the makeline. Counter guy was rude. Lobby was full. Plenty of people on the makeline. What's the deal?
Shout out to the worse manager Jerika! Who thinks it’s funny to mess with customers. Changing the prices just bc my partner has an accent. We regularly order from papa Johns the same pizza and from this location for a different price.
Conroe N Loop 336 E - NYC pizza was cold stale with barely any cheese. Papa John’s is my go to pizza. Today I’m rethinking. I’ll try another location.
I ordered a pizza with five toppings and extra cheese. What I got what was regular cheese and a big raw spot right in the middle, plus my cutting instructions were ignored. Looking at the reviews here shows it's the same performance and customer issues over and over. Evidently somebody's not listening which is Ok as I won't be ordering here again (I have ordered here before thinking maybe it's gotten better each time but it doesn't). Who wants to pay for lousy product and service?
Husband ordered on line 15 minutes after Papas was closed. Not sure why it even went through. The delivery guy showed up at 11:30 pm when there literally down the street from our apartments. Received a cold pizza with hard crust.
