Great pick two choices. French onion soup is my fave!
I placed an order for curb side pick up an hour before thinking it would be easier for my elderly mother to pick up, when my mother parked at the spot I notified the website she was outside on one of the assigned pick up parking spots. More than 15 minutes went by and no one came with her order, my poor mother had to go inside and ask about her order, the man Behind the counter told her that That order has been Sitting there and no one claimed it, Plus it wasn’t even ready it was missing the drinks. After that my mother Had to wait for her drinks to be delivered to her car. Very disappointed with this location!
Expensive food, the "adult" meal portions are suitable for a child. My small (female) hand is larger than a half sandwich, when you order pick two. Drinks never included... if you want water you get a small (kid size) cup. You are better off going to olive garden for unlimited soup & salad at a cheaper price!! They do not have gluten free bread nor vegetable soup (any longer)...all soups have either dairy or meat, or both. If you order after noontime, expect them to be out of something... especially certain breads, soups, types of cheese, desserts and bagels. Lunch time is a nightmare, very long lines (to the door) and limited seating. Some of the meat taste like you're eating leftovers ground up body parts. Greek salad, tuna salad sandwich & the Mediterranean sandwich are all good. But again the sandwiches are small. ALWAYS OUT OF CSOME KIND OF BREAD & DESERTS AFTER LUNCH TIME. I never get full from their food. I always have to add a soup or salad to my "pick two" which adds up $$$. If you place the order for delivery oftentimes the delivery order comes wrong. And they will change/swap out items without contacting you first! For instance, I ordered gluten-free desserts and instead they sent me regular desserts in place of it because they were out. I had to call and complain and request a refund for those particular items. There were times they sent a bagel instead of chips when I ordered the pick two meal. I don't eat there anymore, tired of the nonsense, no GF bread, overpriced food with small portions. Just not worth it. The photo shows my half sandwich (tuna with extra onions). As you can see a few pieces of arugula was slapped on there... and a tiny bit of tuna was slapped on there. I went back & complained about the lack of tuna & was told by a manager that a small scoop of tuna is what they give out. They gave me bread instead of the chips I asked for. They NEVER ask if you want chips, bread or apple - like they used to. They just give everyone bread. PURE LAZINESS & THEY JUST DON'T CARE. THAT'S ALL THERE IS TO IT. This small salad & a tiny "sandwich" cost me $10.
I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the food. The service was good. The food has always been good, just pricey.I haven't had Panera for a while so why not. Once received and opened, the apples were browning. Same with the avocado in the sandwich. I'm just disappointed this time around.

They forgot part of my meal. They refused to stay open 5 mins past closing time for me to come and get it. The manager, Corey, couldn’t have cared less and didn’t even apologize when I called.

Great service each time…I get coffee here most days. The baristas Isabella, Simona and Katherine always have a smile. I’ve been impressed with how patient they are with even difficult customers and orders. Seeing all the regulars is also reassuring.It’s nice to have a go-to place on the way to work you can expect to have a good experience. Thanks!
I ordered a egg with avocado sandwich to go. There was no egg whites. It was only avocado tomato spinach and cheese. I have not been able to get ahold of anybody. I been calling since 7:30am this morning. I will never order from this store again.
