This is the worst Panda Express that I have ever eaten at! Raw rice and burnt chicken. Then I was not offered a refund I was offered a store credit, why would I take that for the same horrible quality of food. The Mgr is rude and so are her employees when you have a complaint. Real Panda Express mgrs are nothing like her on College Park. They don't appreciate your business there. They don't even deserve 1 star!
They were out of almost everything when we got there at 8:45 pm and the "manager" stated they were not making anything else. We could choose from what they had. Then the employee running the drive through called out she needed a certain dish they didn't have on the line and the cooks made it for her. I need to speak with the district manager about this.
This place is what it is. Clean enough, good enough food, and good enough prices. The service is so-so. During our visit, there were several teens coming and going, seemingly very friendly with the staff (not sure what was going on, but it was annoyingly distracting).If you know Panda Express, then you know what you'll get.
Awesome experience!! Service was super fast and the staff was very professional!! Food tasted fresh and was hot !! Will definitely recommend for anyone looking for some fast Chinese to go !!
We came in pretty late, but the personnel was nice enough to serve us and even to cook the meat I wanted (they were out of it for that moment and ready to close).I appreciate their opening to serve and help and being polite.I will be back next time I crave for Panda food. ?
Food was absolutely tasteless. Chow mein was 98% cabbage. I honestly don't know how this location stays open. I could make better Panda Express style food and I could burn water.
I think this location keeps getting new people. Usually our order is pretty spot on, we'll order online and pick up. Last time there were no fortune cookies, and no teriyaki sauce on the side for the teriyaki chicken, but the quality is still good, kids still love the chow mean (especially with teriyaki sauce on it, trust me, magical).
Good food overall.. But their scoops for servings are always less and less. I don't know why but the servings are way smaller if I go through the drive through then when I go inside.. is ridiculous.
Food was surprisingly delicious…..everything tasted fresh and was served hot. Emphatic 5 stars for fast food
Fast, convenient and secure… everyone wearing masks which makes me feel super happy ? I have a health condition that has made me stop going to my usual spot!! Just 5 stars for being taking care of mine and your health!! Plus service was excellent!!! Happy happy!! Will definitely return and recommend this location!!
