I go very often to this location, my visit I was grossed completely out by Mary working the line. While making my food..she continued to touch her face and scratch her nose under the mask, then in the SAME PAIR OF GLOVES; she rung me out with cash, gave me my change and went straight back to the line to complete an order. While I do appreciate her moving fast and getting orders out…. I was completed disgusted and I threw my food out. Please remind your team to wash their hands OFTEN AND CHANGE THEIR GLOVES! Hygiene and sanitation should always be FIRST PRIORITY.
I am leaving this review for the doordash person.Ricardo P., You messed up big time.My order was AN HOUR past what you claimed on site, The food was COLD... You claimed you couldnt find it yet my phone number was all over the ticket saying call me!!!I understand things happen..Do better bro.The food was sloshed in bag and got everywhere......I love this location and will order again because I love their food, amount t, and freshness.If I do doordash again, I pray you have upped your game brother.
It would have been better if the majority of our food would have been warm instead of having to wait on just 1 dish... if they would have just told us up front, instead of partially filling the bowl and then after we already checked out told we were were waiting on 1 dish to be complete. Seems like it happens every time we go there.
Food is fine. Service is always terrible and orders are rarely correct. Maybe I’m just unlucky but fairly frustrating when you get home and something you paid for is missing
A few months ago I would have given this Panda 5 stars but at this point they are barely getting 2.... I always order panda at work thru door dash and it's good maybe 1 out of every 5 times.... Their food has not been as tasty or it's over cooked..... I order teriyaki chicken everytime and I NEVER get teriyaki sauce... I used to not have to ask and ordering thru door dash they don't even give u an option to ask for it... It's says they restaurant is not accepting special request..... Tonight I ordered 2 plates for me and my husband and of course no sauce.... Rice was hard and cold and the portion was way smaller than normal and my teriyaki chicken was BURNT..... I dunno if they have gotten new cooks in the last few months or what but they need to get it together...
Maryam was working on food line to help costumers. I get the same order every time. A plate with honey walnut shrimp and more chow mien than rice for my second entree choice. She was opening my food and turning it around and trying to explain that I’m getting a bowl and I told her I normally get more chow mein to make it a plate and she was upset that’s what I wanted. She continued to try to explain it’s suppose to be a meat. I told her I’ve never had anyone give me an issue for the YEARS I’ve been doing this. She asked me what my problem was and I told her that she was my problem and to take my food to checkout AGAIN because she refused so she could scold me about it being two meats. She needs to be fired.
I am a dine-in customer. We had to wait for Orange chicken then when it was ready they prioritized Poastmates/Doordash orders over the waiting guest in the store.
My husband and I went in for 2 bowels and they only gave us 5 pieces of meat per dish. So messed up to charge us the amount they do and give us such little amount. Won't be going here again, 5 pieces isn't a lot for as much as I pay. I've been to other panda expresses where they pile it on and I love when they do that, more bang for your buck.I don't recommend going here, plus they took forever to serve my husband and made him wait 5 plus minuets for no reason, so frusterating.Not a fan. Again, won't be coming back.
Good food but very. BAd communication. I ordered through uber eats and then called the restaurant to ask for sweet and sour sauce but when I received the order there was no sweet and sour sauce. This has happened before. I called the restaurant to complain and was told I could come and pick it up. Well if I wanted to come pick it up I wouldn't of ordered a delivery through uber eats smh
I first visited Panda Express 2 months ago. The food was tasty and served from a buffet style line by an employee. The service was good. Dining area clean and there was hand cleaner available.
