This location doesn’t allow Apple Pay after certain hours. Why is this not mandatory after experiencing a pandemic. Contactless pay is literally everywhere. Literally, only had my phone on me and Ive gone to this location multiple times using strictly Apple Pay. I could understand if the machine was broken, but it literally was just not on. This is so disappointing. How can we get this issue addressed? You literally have this option throughout the day and all of sudden you don’t have it available.
Went inside to skip the long drive thru line. All I was getting was a hotnspicy mcchicken, and a large drink. I should've just gone in the drivethru, it would've been faster. The crew there doesn't know how to prioritize smaller easier orders. The time before that, I went to get breakfast, and they didn't include my hashbrown. They certainly charged me for it though. If you want McDs, definitely go to a different location.
I ordered a few items from here for the family for dinner. When I got home and opened the mcchicken it's missing the chicken patty. I call the restaurant and spoke to Oscar. He called me a liar and told me there is no way that could have happened because there are two managers working in the kitchen. Why would I lie about something that only costs $1? Seriously!! Horrible customer service.
I seriously can't believe what just happened. I went to McDonald's right on the corner of 242 and I45. I ordered a few items from here for the family for dinner. I got a stomach virus after eating here. I went here friday 4/1 at 11:50pm. Just moved to the area and never been to this mcdonalds before. Got my usual mcdouble, hot n spicy and small fries and the morning after I was woken up by needing to throw up all my food. Just Google stomach virus symptoms and I'll spare the details. Yall be careful out there
This location never has gotten ANY order correct...my daughter ordered a mcdouble with no pickle and no mustard and add ketchup...what they gave her was a mcdouble with no pickle but instead of no mustard they added it and didnt add the ketchup! This has happened 3 times...
Terrible service! It appeared there were way too many managers on duty causing way too much confusion. There were way too many employees on duty. Several were not doing any work. They were harassing the employees who were trying to work distracting them and none of the managers were doing anything about it. It took almost 30 minutes to prep my plain Double Pounder with Cheese and small fries. It won't show on their computer they were slow thow because one of the managers was making the computer show the orders were completed long before they were served. I eat at several McDonald's restaurants each year. This is the worst experience in many years and probably in the bottom 3 in over 40 years of eating a McDonald's restaurants. The timing of my order was between 2030 and 2100 hours, not at a peak lunch or dinner rush.
Living around the block I’ve been thru this drivethru a lot over 20 yrs. This morning I simply got coffee. Drove up, paid, got my card back and waited for about 15 seconds as my coffee sat on the counter waiting for me. She finally grabs a receipt and tries to hand it to me with my coffee. Just taking the coffee and not the receipt, I thought how strange she would do that. Doesn’t seem long but at 4:30 AM I expect a quick coffee. I waited to sip it knowing it was hot. I got all the way to Rayford before realizing I had a cold coffee. Paid $1.94 for a cold coffee. Well like warm actually. I’ll be back but I shouldn’t.
Today I left the hospital after 5 hours waiting in the emergency room starving. Completely incapable of speech I tried the doors and they were locked. I drove around the drive thru and handed them a note letting them know I was incapable of speaking and requested some breakfast items. The lady at the register quickly input my order and got my food to me. If I could I’d give them 10 stars. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Now I ask for Mayo and cheese only but I’m getting this messy sandwich. I just put it in the trash. Tried to bite it and it came apart
