I saw that I was not the only one to say this but I totally agree.Open 24 hrs. means nothing to them. I have been by there 5 different time and try to order. No one ever takes your order or even acknowledges that your out there. You see people inside but no service. So you drive to the window they see you and ignore you , you honk they look and still ignore you. If I could give it zero stars I would.
I went to this location hungry and craving mcnuggets. When I arrived my savior wrapped in a red T-shirt Darius was his name he supplied me with the nuggets and a big Mac and 2 sweet teas and for that I shall honor as long as I live. As long as Darius works at this location this McDonald's will surpass all others in expectation , quality And customer service. As Darius walks the earth I look at him as though he is the messiah of McDonald's.. He deserves a raise and a promotion ASAP if not I'll be boycotting this location.
This location usually does a fantastic job at getting my orders right without any mistakes and keeping the lines moving quickly. I havnt had a single transaction where I felt the employees weren't friendly either, so if you're in the mood to Mcdees and in the area I would highly recommend this location.
Usually pretty good place to get food. Only complaint is why have a table option in the mcdonalds app but not bring the food to the table. Maybe petty but still

None of the employees welcomed or even acknowledged me on arrival. No one said thank you. They shoved a bag in my face & walked away.
Where to begin. Firstly I rarely review anything but after a year and a half of poor service, I cannot sit idly by.This location has its moments, especially in the evenings. Evening service is McDonald’s standard.Breakfast on the other hand… Something is always broken. They constantly mess up orders, we ordered caramel coffees and they gave us vanilla…twice. This is the latest in screw ups we’ve experienced at this location. The manager is also completely utterly incompetent. They literally forgot about me in the waiting zone for twenty minutes, then had the audacity to say they gave me the food already. I spent forty six minutes of my life in a McDonald’s drive through. I’ll drive the extra ten minutes to Davis street from now on.Drive through is also extremely slow whether they’re busy or not . It’s like walking through mud.
Just finally figured out that McDonald's has an app with rewards and benefits. I lost my wallet and have no debit card at this time, but I did look into the app. Can't wait to use it. McDonald's is a favorite of mine, which I can give you the best reason why in 4 words... Large Vanilla Iced Coffee ☕.
They were not extremely busy when we went drive-thru. They got our order wrong but didn't charge for it. Still, that's frustrating. Maybe I'll have better luck next time.
A patty was missing from a double quarter pounder. However, the staff replaced it with a new burger, with no issues. Served fries that had been sitting for some time. Again, items were replaced with no issues. I did notice something being made for a drive thru customer. The buns were slid across the work station without any wrapping underneath. I noticed another employee making a burger for someone, and this employee did have wrapping underneath the buns as he prepared the item. This made me question the sanitation of the other employee.
