It's okay, it's McDonald's. I've gone here multiple times and I would say every time I've gone, they've forgotten one thing or another. Dined inside this time and they didn't bring me my milk that I paid for. Just silly things that they miss but add up over time and make me want to go somewhere else. Oh, also my sausage,egg,and cheese biscuit had no cheese.Just remembered going through drive thru a few months back and received a biscuit with sausage only. They forgot the egg and cheese. Also no milk in bag. Receipt showed I paid so should not be a misunderstanding.Lowering stars to one. It doesn't seem to bother the owner they are getting one star reviews, (shrug)
We visit this location...a lot...more than we probably should. Most of our experiences are pleasant. However, that fifth star will be earned when they stop allowing employees to work the drive thru window who do not understand English. Just having someone there to hand out food is not good enough. They should be able to understand request or at least say 'Thank you.'I understand having someone there who understands both English and Spanish or someone who only understands English, but not only Spanish. As long as English is the primary language taught in our public schools, then that is what I will expect.Several times I have completed their survey requesting this issue to be addressed, but they do not seem to take it to heart.
Fast service there was a long line and I didn't have to wait very long but I'm not sure what they couldn't understand by extra cream and extra sugar in my iced coffee. It had no sugar it's so frustrating it's like what is wrong with McDonald's employees I swear it's every single McDonald's almost you try to change it up a little bit and it's like rocket science. Like make it how you make it always but add extra cream extra sugar I'm not sure what's so hard to understand about that. And don't even try to get them to give you a plain flavored iced coffee they just think they have they have whole meetings about it. And this isn't geared towards this one specific McDonald's its at every single McDonald's except for the one at Cypresswood and Aldine Westfield in Spring Texas that one is perfect.
I ordered a iced coffee on the app and pulled in the drive thru. At the window they had me pull ahead to the parking spot because it was not ready. I sat there for 10 minutes before I finally had to get up and go inside and retrieve my drink. It was disgusting so I threw it away. Wasted my time and money! The time on my receipt was 8:23 AM and I did not get my drink until 8:35 AM. Seriously ridiculous for a drive thru! I tried to complete the survey on my receipt but the numbers are not readable.
Alot better service an quality food then the one on 105. Would rather go out if my way from my place of work an living for quality an good food. An this place at this location checks the box.
I go through the drive thru on my way to work because it's on the way. Half the time the order is wrong ( missing items, wrong meals etc..) and it takes forever. This is not a place to go if you are in a hurry. At least not the drive thru. Maybe it's better inside but I don't know.
This is the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!! Even through UberEats it was awful. The food is ALWAYS cold, they forget things in our order and then accuse us of LYING about it. Like, look in our bags and receipt! I’ve never seen worse customer service. No wonder it’s attached to a gas station.
I just would like ti say, they need more training in order taking, I ordered low card chicken sandwich (no bun) n it seems they juts threw it together with mayo under lettuce?!... then they didn't even gave me my fries n drink that cake with meal. N no ketchup n bbq I ask for my other meal. Paid 28.96... this place had better management. What happened?!
They could not get out order right! So we just asked for anything! On that note the staff kept apologizing and made sure our food was hot. So we will give them another chance!
They get my (fairly expensive) wrong 75% of the time, especially when ordered on doordash; but when they got it wrong when I was dining in, the manager let me keep the three burgers and gave me three correct burgers and an ice cream cone.
