The food was what I expected but this has to be the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Two to three customers inside including myself and maybe a few cars in the drive thru and still no one has time to wipe down a table? I ended up sitting at the least dirty table and to top it off there was a half eaten chicken nugget in one of the highchairs sitting up front by the counter.
Had a good experience here before when paying with the app. Last night I made a $3.77 purchase with a vanilla visa gift card, the only purchase I made on said gift card and when I tried to use it this morning I discovered that my entire gift card, over $40, had been wiped clean on over 20 different Google play purchases. This was the only place I used said card and it was safe in an RFID blocking wallet at all other times so I'm lead to believe that one of your employees is a theif. My purchase was at 7:58 pm, a young man was the only person who looked at my card. I hope appropriate action is taken against him or whomever would have stolen my cards information.
I go to this location a few times a week for breakfast. Never had any issues except maybe an overcooked hashbrown here and there. Otherwise, staff has been friendly and fast.Ps. Please bring back the breakfast bagels!!!!
McDonald's in Guatemala Rocks and has a much better tastier menu items!Stateside McDonald's your menu is too plain.You should follow the leaders and seriously look into improving the quality!It's incredibly shameful that you are outperformed by a third world country!We want better, tastier burgers!
Bad experience here. Workers need more training! Cashiers don’t know how to assist and ask people not helpful at all, manager really don’t care about customer service overall awful customer customer. My experience with them, they didn’t change me correctly and they were struggling to keep up the orders messing up the orders bad management!!! It really sucks! They don’t understand because they don’t know how to communicate with the customer.
For the past week i order the same thing cheese burger and everytime I recive it it always looks like someone has thrown it against the wall please fix
I came by here when they were not busy at all. All I got was a sandwich with extra pickles. I specifically said please put a bunch of pickles. They put 2. Pure laziness, and the girl in the drive through window was rude. Handed me my food and closed the window without one word to me.
Be careful ordering delivery near Conroe/Plantation Drive area. I was out walking two dogs, one medium and one tiny during a break in the rain when the delivery driver came up behind us around a corner and started screaming immediately that he would kick the dogs like a field goal. Repeatedly. He was a skinny, disheveled, older gentleman with zero manners. His demeanor obviously upset the dogs who were minding their own business until he came up on them with his threatening attitude! This could be Door Dash but people should be aware they are putting others, people and pets, at risk by ordering delivery if he is the driver. What’s worse is the phone number to the store on the website is incorrect and you simply cannot call the store to get information on if he was a delivery service driver or their own. It was clear he was unstable and seemed to be suffering from substance abuse issues. He looked unclean and very sketchy. Makes me question using any delivery services in the area if mentally unstable people like him are not caught in a screening process, and makes me question ever spending my money at this establishment again if he is a representative of their organization and service standards.
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to In My Life, the workers here are so petty they wanted to argue with me about reimbursing me on a Frozen Frappuccino. How Petty is that! Anyways I would not suggest coming here to anyone unless of course you feel like arguing with somebody that works there.
Not sure why...there card machine is almost always down...so you have to have cash on hand... so you have to go next door to whataburger ?
