I had a great meal the other day during free tea day. Krysta was great, running around refilling tea very quickly for everyone in the dining room as well as helping me get a Togo box when I couldn’t finish it all.
My first time to try the deli and it was great! Lots of yummy salad and sandwich choices. I'll come back and post pics of the food. We ate it up too quickly!
I had a last minute edit to our order which staff was helpful and said they could take care of, they even gave me lettuce and tomato on the side. However, we were missing one sandwich which was disappointing on Mother's day. I should have checked the order before I left. Always enjoyed meals served here in the past.
I had a situation where my card got mixed up and I embarrassingly was unable to pay at that moment. The staff was very understanding and we got it resolved. I never write reviews but I had to for this one. This is a good place to eat.
I read that Alex is the manager from another one star review on here so. The manager (Alex) thought I was trying to steal food as an Uber eats delivery driver. Came up to me with an attitude to begin with. He told me to show him the app which I did and then told me to slide on the green part which is when you deliver the food. I tried explaining to him that if I did that then it'll take me to the next order. He did not let me explain and kept demanding that I slide the green bar. I did and of course took me to the next order which was no longer McAlister's and was McDonald's. He then said he wasn't giving me the food and was super rude. I called Uber support which they then told me they would be calling the restaurant. I went up to the counter to let him know to answer the phone so he could verify I was not trying to steal he then said " I don't care you are not getting the order". When he picked up the phon to speak with Uber he told them I was rude and had an attitude. After he confirmed with them that it was me he basically almost threw the food at me and said "Never come back here again". Thankfully Uber support was on the phone with me the whole time and heard everything. They reported the incident. I just wanted to come on here in hopes that higher ups see it and do something about because he seems like he is rude to all the delivery people. We are working just like them so why make our jobs even harder.
Only thing good about this restaurant is the iced tea. Disappointed to pay almost $14 for half of a sandwich and cup of soup. Barely had any chicken salad on my sandwich and the soup was not edible.
Alex West is the rudest most unprofessional manager on the planet. Good think I recorded our conversation and will replay it for Your Corp office. Waited 17 min in the drive through for a DD order, get out of my car, go inside, line to the front door, even longer wait inside. And his response, "don't use or do Door Dash here, if You don't want to. How about You don't accept door dash if You're incompetent to park cars, and don't have a online pick up station. You offer a PAYING CUSTOMER the service, then don't accommodate for such. And rude on top of it
Great customer service. I love ordering on my app and picking up at the window. It’s extremely convenient during my work days. Today specially Kayla was working the window. I have a feeling she is new and she was so sweet and doing a wonderful job. The manager (I think his name is Daryl) was helping her and helping with my order. I’ve always seen him helping others, cleaning etc. They have a great team here, thank you!
Tried to place an online order but it wouldn’t accept it. I accidentally got in the pick up window line. Of course there’s no way to get out so I wasted 10 min of my time. It would be great to get a little sign that says “for online order pick up only” on the other side of the bushes. I was in a bad mood but the young girl that took my order was very pleasant and helped turn my mood around. The food came out quicklyI’ve eaten at this location twice, both times were carry out and have had issues both times. I will not carry out at this location anymore
The staff needs some work, we watch one young gentleman walking back and forth looking confused. We noticed him bagging up an order, which turned out to be our order. He puts to containers in the bag and walked away and came back and looked in the bag and also put food in his mouth, then walked away again. Then a minute or two later he looked at it again and walked away. As we waited for our food, someone who looked important came up looked in the bag and put a fruit up and chips in the bag and called my name, there were a couple people who ordered after us and got there food be ours. Definitely not the best service, staff needs work.
