I am always pleasantly greeted and seated right away. They are usually busy and have a lot of clean seating in their beautifully decorated dining room. If you want to sit outside, but sure to let them know, and watch your step! The servers have great personalities and greet you in Spanish and with a smile. They have a good size menu and the fresh food is worth the wait. The flavor is very good, and their portions are extra large for the value. They have THE BEST taco salad bowl and fajitas.Bring a party with you, and it’s not a problem. No wonder Margaritas and Peppers is a local favorite! Enjoy!
I will start with the positives: staff were very friendly and quick service! The el pastor tacos were so good and cheese enchiladas were decent. Chips and salsa were also decent. The fajita beef however had no seasoning at all and the margarita, while it had a good amount of alcohol, had a bad flavor. It tasted like straight tequila with a little bit of orange juice. The verde sauce was also kind of watery and bland. I would definitely like to give this place another try if they could improve these few things.
Food was delicious! The portions, the freshness, and the SERVICE were perfect for this SUNday with the family. We enjoyed our dining experience and all staff were attentive and very welcoming. Disappointing to find out they will be transitioning to a different franchise because that changes menu items and the current menu has MANY entrees to choose from.
Very accommodating. We don’t like warm salsa so the waiter brought us out cold salsa. However, a lot of the staff just stood against the wall and watched us as we ate (a little bit unnerving lol). The steak I ordered was very pink so I was unable to eat it all.Other than that, this place was pretty good.
The positive: My favorite place for crunchy fried tacos!! The shredded beef is amazing! The service is usually great also. The negative: I used to LOVE their salsa. I HATE that they changed it to some watered down warm water with chili pepper.PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR WONDERFUL SALSA!! The new one is the WORSE!
I've eaten at this restaurant a hundred times but today is my last. Our whole team went there for lunch, and several of us had inedible meals. My fajita beef was so salty, no one could've eaten it. The waiter's English was not sufficient to understand, so there was no resolution possible. The manager on duty didn't speak English either. I didn't recognize anyone at the restaurant except our waiter who used to be a tea guy, so maybe this is new management? I don't know, but with a hundred other Mexican restaurants in the area, this is not a mistake I'll repeat.
Food is delicious and inexpensive, the restaurant has a lovely patio and the customer service is excellent. It is my favorite place for Mexican food in the area.
Great experience, the shiner was in a bittle only rather than draft so that was a drag but either way a good time!
Always outstanding Tex Mex. New management though and the beer was rodeo cold at best!!! Fix that and they get the 5 star. Katy's enchiladas r d bomb
My boyfriend and I tried coming here a year ago, not a fan. We tried again tonight, best experience ever. The staff is so friendly and awesome. Our sever Jaime was very attentive & polite. The drinks and food were amazing. Will be coming back.
