I'm a little Caesars pizza fan, usually pizzas are good last few times my crust has been equal to the size of my slice. They probably need more staff, but pizza is always fresh and ready on time.
Hello, today I ordered from your app on 6/25/22 around 6:40 pm to be picked up at 812 S Frazier St Conroe TX 77301 I showed up to pick up my order and your employee (young Hispanic male I didn’t get his name) told me my order didn’t show up on their system and kept giggling throughout the transaction. So I proceeded to replace my order again at the drive thru window which the employee kept making me repeat my order 3 times because he couldn’t remember it(I believe he may have been intoxicated). I told by the employee to come back in 10 - 15. I came back in 15 minutes and I was told they forgot to place my order in the oven. I asked for a refund and I was told they do not give refunds by the manager. I waited for my order and the manager stated I could have a free 2 liter drink. Which I was going to take but I put it back. I do not want anything I just wanted to let you know so this type of service doesn’t happen to people in the future. I will never return to this location in my life. It’s sad because I love your company and this location is the closest one to me but you’ve lost a customer.
They were very knowledgeable one of my friends ordered a pizza from there that came with crazy sticks and I didn't know what it was called or what the order was but the men there knew what it was and set the order up for me. Great place to order very nice and understanding employees.
Just moved here to Conroe from MagnoliaI've had little Ceasars from Spring, The Woodlands and Houston locations that were actually good, they raised the bar for little Ceasars in my book. I used to think of little Ceasars as cheap food, food you bought when you were on a budget. But I started seeing that they were picking their game up, or at least at the locations where I was getting my pizza from. But this location in Conroe does not take pride in what they do. My pizza was all bread, no sauce, a few pepperoni slices and the bread sticks were horrible. Not what I'm used to. If in mood for cheap Pizza Order from Pizza Hud or somewhere else. This place is not worth your money or time
Absolutely awful service. We phone ordered 4 pizzas to be courteous and the guy told us 10 minutes. We showed up well 20 minutes later and pizzas were still not ready. They hadn’t even put them in oven. We pulled around front and manger told us it would even be longer & ALL with an attitude. I understand this is not a fancy restaurant but We will never be back. RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE
Friendly staff. But the pizza was mad late, over and under cooked. It was brunt as well. Def not bussin!
I ordered by phone so i won't have to wait 15 minutes for my Supreme to be ready. I get there and there's no customers there. This is on a Sunday afternoon. First you can't even hear the person on the phone and then they don't even tell you the total and sign in drive thru tells you exact change I paid cash. I get home and see that they just made the pizza very messy with alot of onion and the pizza was stale you can see it on the crust. I ordered a order of stuffed crazy bread and noticed at home they gave me regular crazy bread so i went back and the guy who gave me my order at first replaced it with the right stuffed bread and apologized telling me" sorry we were just making alot of bread" and grabbed the wrong one. Reminder there was no customers for them to have made orders. Pizza was made awful and tasted awful. Crazy bread was bad too. Whoever is working kitchen must not care for food product and quality and service.
Generally has hot and ready. Always seem short staffed but good service. Have handled my large orders and special order pizzas and got them all right. Overall one of the better Little Ceasars out there.
I usually only get takeout from here rather than place orders inside, but I can say for certain that they will have your order ready at their estimated amount of time. Besides that the food is good and the employees are always chill.
The staff was very friendly and little wait time. My issue was I ordered a pepperoni and 1 3 meat and the 3 meat was skinny on the meat would appreciate the pizza being made like it should. The pepperoni was great.
