So I ordered three extra most bestest pizzas and one of those were stuffed crust , all the pizzas didnt even look great and one of my stuff crust were missing when I called to let them know , cause we paid extra for those pizzas there were rude and just overall bad experience . They were like okay we could replace that pizza but with attitude like its my fault for their mess up ??♀️
20 minute plus wait. Guy behind the counter rude and honestly looked and seemed high. Couldn't answer basic questions and I was pretty much forced in to buying 2 personal pizzas instead of 1. This place needs help. It's a little pathetic that a corporate company would allow this level of service.
Worst place to go to get your pizza made. My family did an online order, and they gave us a confirmation number and a pick-up time, but when my grandpa got there, it wasn't even ready. They said they couldn't find our order even though it was already confirmed with them, so we had to drive up there to get the issue sorted out and on top of that wait for almost 30 mins for them to remake our pizzas which made us late for our family event. They were not apologetic about the inconvenience whatsoever. Every time we go here, we are either waiting for hours or the pizza isn't good.
Drove 20 mins all way up there to get pizza for my kids tonight just to see employees kickin it in parking lot door closed drive thru closed tried calling in a order no answer it's messed up supposed to be open until 11 not lock everything a hr early not answering and just hanging out in parking lot instead. Y'all definitely need better employees. I arrived at store at 10:11 was already locked up so they could get paid to sit there not doing anything for last hour. Thanks for wasted Trip I'll eat dominos or something from now on
Just called this location while I was in my way and was on hold for the entire 10 minute drive there they never answered the phone. Then I walk in and not only was there nothing “hot and ready” but I was told by an employee it was a 30 minute wait for anything. This is not what Little Caesar’s is about they need to hire more and replace a some management most likely.
The last few time the guy at the window was rude. Every time we go there is a 20+ minute wait. This last time the pizza was not done the crust was still dough in the center.
I placed an order, and never had it delivered. When I called and asked them, I was told it wasn’t their problem but DoorDash, nothing could be done and I need to call them. They don’t have the DoorDash information on there. So I couldn’t get ahold of them because I order it online threw the app.
I waited for almost an hour for my order. The staff was yelling and cussing and fighting so loud in the back we could hear them in the front. Will never go there again.Would give 0 stars if this App allowed it.
Line is always long, doesn’t matter if you order ahead of time, you still wait at least 30 minutes in line, you never get what you order. It supposed to be a Supreme (no black olives)
Unsatisfied, with their service meaning delivery driver called no an avail and Little Caesars, delivery order not complete which was prepaid and food was cold and tossed around
