Horrible service. Kept making me repeat my order and still got it wrong. My order was to go but I ordered inside. Got a order of fingers with gravy and obviously they did not put the lid on the gravy correctly because gravy was all over everything in the bag. What a mess. We did not go back because I was already miles down the frwy when we realized this mess. Love fried chicken but will never go back to this place again.
KFC is not a place that should do fries or mac and cheese they really should have stuck with the potato wedges and green beans. The chicken was undercooked and by that I mean the skin was very soft and white looking not the usual texture at all. The soda was flat and the inside of the place was filthy needless to say it was a wasted 11$ because I did not eat the food I will not be going there again.
I just got home from buying food from here and to my surprise I found hair in one of my lemonades that hasn't been drank out of it!
I thought I had found a good kfc,but on my second trip here I ordered six original wings to go, when I got home they were crispy old wings looked like they had retrieve them from the trash can. My mistake I should have checked them before I left,so buyer be ware if you have to go here check out your order before you leave.
My husband enjoyed the chicken sandwich. He was just hungry. It did not have pickles!!! Bread could have been fresher or toasted
We don't do a lot of fast good but their spicy chicken sandwich is really good. It has a good amount of heat. The only feedback would be to spice the breading instead of adding the sauce after cooking. Having the sauce makes the spice uneven.
That female employee who worked this evening at exactly 4:40pm cst she was clearly distracted when we were giving our order, as she said had us repeat ourselves twice and we could hear background noise in the speaker. When she repeated the order back to us, it was wrong, so we politely told her our order again, and she got really snippy and short tempered, and then she repeated it back correctly but her tone was unprofessional. We got to the window and she didn't want to even look at us. And in the end when she gave us our food, we wished her a good day, and she didn't even look at us. Our order was incomplete lol and she never gave us a receipt. We were perfectly polite the entire time, she had no reason to be so unprofessional. We were in no rush and we had no problem repeating our order. Her attitude was completely unwarranted. We were going to go back through the drive thru to get our order right, but by that point I didn't even want to deal with that woman, as I feel like she would have been confrontational and may do something to our food.The food that we did get though was awesome! Lol despite her bad attitude. The fact that we paid for something we didn't get and cannot verify it because we didn't get a receipt is very unsettling. Not sure exactly what I paid for.
The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. This location deserves zero stars. Why take my order at the box if you’re just going to ask me to repeat at the window and then you STILL get it wrong and when I say something about it you get an attitude and slam the window in my face while you deal with it. I’m not the one who can’t understand a simple order. Never got the right item and never got my drink. I guess Popeyes is my new chicken place. They don’t mess up.
Not happy with them at all! Ordered the 8 piece meal. Only had 6 pieces of chicken. This is the 2nd time we got shorted. We will not be going back to this KFC again in Conroe!
When did KFC start selling Cornish hens as their 8 piece chicken meal!!! My babies spoon is bigger then what we received. The chicken was so over cooked as well! Tried to call them but they won’t answer! Very disappointed since it use to be a good place to get a meal.
