The hispanic girl that works here needs an attitude adjustment. She is in the front register. She doesn't give receipts, gets the orders wrong and instead of apologizing gets angry at the customers. Jack In The Box your food is great but with employees like this you will drive your customers away. I will definitely not return to this location. Teach your employees some manners and decent customer service.
Very VERY rude younger Hispanic lady at the window tried to tell me that the very clearly displayed small chicken popper combo with a small fry and a small drink that costs $5.99 only came with a box of chicken.even though the advertisement clearly states it is a COMBO with a small fry and a small drink, and told me the drink in the fry only came with a $7.99 larger box combo, even when I showed her actual physical evidence that it's supposed to be the small box of chicken poppers a small drink and a small fry continue to argue with me, got a very nasty attitude and asked me "will a small drink and a small fry make you go away"I was later informed that she was new, so how is a new employee going to argue what a combo consists of when they don't even know the full menu.won't be going back to this location
Terrible customer service. Rude employees. Order was inccurate. Took my money didn't give me a refund. The store smells very bad. None of the employees speak English. No manager on duty. Phone number goes straight to the fax machine. Stay away from this ridiculous ridiculous location.
The cashier was on his phone texting. I had to repeat my order 2 times. He was still on his phone texting when I made payment. No very pleased with that experience.
I never review anything but this place is terrible. The employees don’t know what comes on a simple salad, don’t listen when you order so you have to repeat yourself, and are very rude. You try and be polite and they still act rude and ignore you at the window without saying anything and didn’t give a receipt. The food was also cold, old, and disgusting. I will not be coming here again and I definitely recommend you eat someplace else if considering eating here.
Lazy and incompetent! We ordered two meals and they only sent one with the delivery driver (but both drinks, hello?). How hard is that to do correctly!? My husband gets to eat while I don't. Lousy workers and lazy management.
The hispanic women working the Drive through is super disrespectful and rude. I’ve worked over 10 years in customer service. Never as a customer have I been talked to that way, nor would I ever treat anyone that way.

Crew starts bothered by any call for condiments.Recently they started giving you your change,Without Receipt, makes it slightly tougher to tell corporate that they are uninviting.
I have no clue who the night crew manager is but every time I've gone since August the same guy in a Star wars hoodie always messes up my order somehow or they taking forever to get my order out to me. Back in August I waited a half hour like a full 30 minutes to get two items and tonight at about 10:30pm,same night crew I ordered three things, two things were identical items and a fry and they still managed to mess up my sandwiches. I don't know how it's the same crew every single time I go that messes up my order so whoever is reading these reviews need to talk to their manager because they need to stop either putting that guy on night shift or fire him.Every time it's the night crew that has the star wars hoodie guy the line either never moves or they take forever to respond to the box. The day crew is quick and never messes up my orders IT'S JUST THE NIGHT CREWThis is my closest location as I live 10 minutes from this location so either I drive 25 minutes to just get jack in the box or go to this one and repeatedly get a messed up order. Even if I order doordash with this location it's messed up.I've worked food service both sit down and fast food so I'm not trying to be a Karen but this is absolutely ridiculous
