I like fast food on the run ,that is palatable and not bad, or dry! They get my order right all the time also!
Got my order exactly as I wanted it. In San Antonio when I order things it's always wrong. This location was spot on and I am happy to have ordered from here with this kind of service!
At first they was nice and I order my food thru the drive thru . Then I came home to eat my sandwich and I found a hair in my food . I knew I was going to find one cause none of them have a hair net on . The dude in the back kept shaking his head (like moving his hair) . Don’t eat here go SOMEWHERE else .
Usually good, and not much of a line. But it seems like there are good teams and bad teams and if you get the good one it's as smooth as possible. If you get a bad one your order might be wrong and the line will take longer.Still, I've been to worse Jack in the Boxes and this one is really not that bad.
Drove through at on Dec 2nd at 8pm and was genuinely surprised at the rudeness I received. It wasn’t just a lack of courteousness, but more a tone of disrespect and disregard for professionalism. The employee seemed annoyed at her own job and appeared to be taking it out on customers. Food was fine, but customer service was terrible. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Extremely horrible n rude staff. Woman in drive-thru has terrible attitude, no name tag. Got huffy when asked for cup holder for 4 drinks. Handed the empty cup holder through the window. When asked if she could put the drinks in the cup holder, she replied "You can't do it?" And she had 3 of the 4 sodas. Never gave me a receipt. Manger asked me to take a picture of my refund receipt because she needed to keep it.

The 2 tacos special wasn't as good as the one in panorama village. Their tacos were not crispy as usual. The inside was still good. But for the price,it was ok
there is nothing on the menu i dont like,i eat jack in the box frequently when i want fast good food. they have ao many different menu items that i choose. if you wanna try something great that you wouldnt expect from jack in the box, try the teriyaki bowl it is wonderful. like stir fry it is really good with the eggrolls too
Went through the drive through. I was the only vehicle. They told me “hold on” when I pulled up. Sounded very rushed. Rushed me through my order. I asked for ketchup. She gave me two. I asked for more and she gave me three. Why the stinginess with the ketchup?!!!! She never said thank you and treated me like I was bothering her.Btw the large coke won’t even come close to fitting in my cupholder. I have a brand new vehicle that was made to accommodate that. Y’all need to do some research before manufacturing stuff like this. Now I have to throw it out because I’m not going to hold it for three hours going to Dallas.Won’t be back.
