Always fast and food good at Jack n the box on 1314.
Theyre usually fast and dont mess up orders, just not overly friendly. Most of the time they sound annoyed or exhausted. The orders come out well and they fix any mistakes quickly.
I stop here every few weeks and other than a few minor issues never had a reason to complain. However, I had the worst experience ever with the manager this evening. Had a big online order. Got there and they couldn’t find it. Showed my receipt and verified I was in the right place. (After she said I probably just ordered at wrong place) Said was nothing she could do so left with no food and out $60. I asked if she could check again with an order # and she said it’s not there and you’re going to have to leave. Not sure what you did, asked if she could make it from email confirmation. She asked to look at the email. Nope and you have to call customer service to try to get money back. It’s not my problem and you can always go somewhere else. Completely acted like I was putting her out and was unwilling to try to help. Wouldn’t tell me her name but submitted form to try to get refund. Would give 0 stars if option.I see the response on google and I did fill out the online response with my order # and phone contact as soon as it happened. Apparently, it’s more important to address publicly than actually contact me to resolve. I mainly want my money back. And let your manager know wait until I pull away before she says she can refuse me all she wants. I got angry because she wouldn’t help but I never called her names or was ugly. Just wanted my food or my money back. It was a $60 order. (Wouldn’t you be angry if you spent that much money and got nothing and I can’t tell you other than ask next week to get your money back?) Not to hear I’m not her problem.
Best jack in the box , that food always fresh
The loaded tiny tacos are awesome when you want a quick snack. They has cheese and sauce on it. Be aware of when it rains at this particular location because it floods extremely bad in the parking lot.
Worst tasting Jack in the box location I’ve been to. After trying their food numerous of times, I don’t go here anymore Bc their food always taste old?♀️
Grabbed a bite, the person taking our order had a really hard time hearing us. We had to order 4-5 different times before she got our order right

They don't wear gloves when handling food which is surely against food safety protocols and kinda gross. They are also a bit stingy about sauces. I wouldn't take anyone on a date here...
Jack in the Box has been around since I was a kid .. and probably well before I was born.I've always had a place a little higher in the ranking for them than most other fast food places.It just seems like better value for the money. Especially for the promotional and sale items.Sure they're not the most healthy options, .. but then it's hard to find any fast food with broccoli, and brussel sprouts on the menu. So I splurge every once in a while and get a burger .. they always seem to be extremely yummy. Which is good and bad!I'm super excited to have the food I paid for be so good .. but then I really want it every day!These are great problems to wrestle with .. my food is too delicious!!Anyway the bottom line is Jack in the Box lives up to the hype every time!!
