Absolutely horrible customer service, the “manager” that’s working as I type this is very rude and tried telling me that I can’t pay with 2 different cards for 2 different orders, then she proceeded to tell me that if I had cash this wouldn’t be a problem. She also paid for someone else’s food with my card then told me I’d have to wait to get my money back till the next day and because it’s Saturday and tomorrow is Sunday and I would more then likely not get it till Monday, and then told me I couldn’t get my food because I didn’t have the money. Very rude and I will not go back there
I placed an order through the app 2 days ago that hasn’t shown up at my house yet. When I call the store there is a message that says the voicemail is full. I call the number that shows up on the transaction with my bank and they say they don’t own that location and they don’t know who does. I hit help on the app and get no reply. No food. Out my money. And NO ONE takes responsibility. This is so frustrating
Incredibly incompetent employees with really terrible customer service. We ordered tiny nacho tacos, 2 regularly tacos and a medium fry. They initially mixed up our order and gave us 2 chicken sandwiches and no tiny nacho tacos. When my husband went in to get the correct order the manager was very rude and insulted him by outright calling him a liar and gave him an attitude about the order THEY messed up and snached the bag from him and rolled her eyes. the worst part is the order was STILL WRONG! We ordered and paid for the fully loaded ones and recieved the plain ones and one had nothing at all inside of it. There was no cheese....anywhere ...for nacho tacos I think it's implied there should be cheese. Then the manager had the audacity to snap at my husband and say I don't know why you're upset I made you a fresh order as if she was doing him some sort of favor by remaking the order but had they not messed up our order in the first place we He asked for the corp wouldn't have had to go back. He asked for the phone number for the manager above her and she refused saying they aren't allowed to give it out and referred him to taking the survey on the receipt.
My order was awful. Had a couple meals and 10 tacos. The burgers were cold and incredibly soggy. How is it cold AND soggy? The crazy thing is we were in the drive thru for between 20 and 30 minutes. We also only live 1.5 miles away. The tacos were hard and soggy at the same time, somehow half the tacos were only half full. I didn't know the employees were required to be blindfolded while making tacos. Can't believe I spent over $25 at this joke of a location. I sincerely hope someone reaches out to me give me my money back or I'm contacting the district manager
Food is terrible, and customer service is even worse, went and they said they were out of tacos so I couldn’t do the munchie meal, that was all fine and dandy I didn’t want tacos anyways but when I told the lady at the drive thru just omit the tacos from my order and give me the rest of it. She yelled NO! over the intercom like I was a petulant child. Needless to say I’ll never come back at least until they care who they are hiring.
Usually gets my order wrong, but food is always hot at least. When I get it corrected, it's delicious. Cheap enough pricing and quick enough service to get in and out on break. Love chicken sandwiches.
RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! When I pulled up to order I went to ask a question and the girl cut me off and said we don't have any tacos. I said ok but do you have the tiny tacos and I was ignored. About 5 min of saying hello and the manager got on and said that they had the tiny tacos. I don't see why I had to be ignored while just asking a question. When I got to the window and confronted the girl and asked her why she would just ignore me her response was the total of my order. She really didn't care at all about her lack of respect or common customer service. I went inside to talk to the manager and she told me the number is on the window, wouldn't give it to me and then asked me what I would like to order. Unbelievable customer service.
Full location built onto a gas station off loop 336 N. Best jack burger I had in a long time. A little musty in this location, but good prompt service.
Horrible! Stay away. Staff was outside in parking lot. If it was a curbside pick-up, it was quite unique. Drive thru only and the special advertising on the door was not honored. We were told it had expired, from the employees in the parking lot. Needless to say, we got fantastic service at Burger King!
This may the be the worst fast food establishment in the history of fast food establishments. Just realized half way home that our order was completely wrong. We’re missing more than 3 items and double checked with the receipt and we’re charged TWICE. I would try and follow up with the establishment but I could only imagine the hassle we’d be put through. Would not recommend for anyone including our neighbors dog. I move to remove their franchise tag, trash branch.
