Good food,but don't attend this Denny's If your afraid of clowns because there's a bus boy there that wears a clown know and stares quietly at you while you eat ? I'm fine with it but my kid is afraid of clowns so she couldn't focus on eating... Waste of $10. But the clown has the best of intentions I'm sure...I just don't know if it's the proper setting for a clown when the phobia of clowns is so common....maybe just stick to birthday parties and let people eat in peace?
I ordered two different items. Buttermilk pancakes and the biscuit and gravy with hash browns and scrambled eggs. I also got a sweet tea. My wait time wasn’t too long to get seated. It did take a good while for my server to get to me. She kept checking to see if I was ready to order. Once I did order though she didn’t come to check if the food was alright or if I needed a refill. The sweet tea was drinkable but was not the best it could have been. The buttermilk biscuit was fluffy. It had a nice flavor to it. The sausage links were nothing to be proud of. They were just alright. And the hash browns were so hard in some areas they hurt my teeth to chew on. It took close to half an hour for my drink to get refilled.
One of my best friends and I had a craving for breakfast. We decided to stop by IHOP, worse decision ever. Our shoes were actually sticking to the restaurants floor. We were seated at a table that was half cleaned. Luckily we carry sanitizing wipes, we used them to give the table and chairs a proper cleaning. At this point I was ready to go, but my friend wanted to remain and eat there. We ordered, both of our food came out cold and not too tasty. Lastly, we waited over 10 minutes for syrup. (No they weren't busy at all) I was over the entire restaurant and just got a to go box, didn't eat the food. We left. I don't recommend this location.
Went here this morning for breakfast. Was seated quickly, and food was good is the only reason they got 1 star. We had to ask 4 times then finally get up to find someone to get us syrup and condiments. No one ever walked by to see if we needed more drinks or anything. Service is terrible. We sat and watched several of the wait staff was just standing around just looking at people like everyone was invisible... I had to go to the hostess to get what we needed. Very dissatisfied.
I have been to many ihops and this is by far the best. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and the customer service is always great as well as the food. I live closer to 2 other locations but I don’t mind the drive if it means better service.
I haven't been to this location in years and years due to the terrible experience I had. Finally decided to give it anther shot and very glad I did. The food was great, service was pretty good, and they were pretty quick. I get an hour for lunch and was able to eat with plenty of time to get back to work.
The food is great. The wait is never long even busy Sundays it wasn’t rough.They have many sweet waitresses too which definitely makes it better than local dennys
This does not deserve a star. I do believe that the pancakes had come straight out of a cows pasture, but unfortunately the Cow patties would have been softer than what my pancakes were. The floor was sticky and the bathroom was gross. We had to get rabie shots just as soon as we left there.
I ordered four orders of strawberry/banana French toast this morning to take to my family in the hospital. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and when I got there to pick the meals up, there was only one order. When I asked the girl who took the order and charged me for it, she said she assumed that I only wanted four pieces! Lol. What was in the plastic container was already getting cold and it was two pieces of toast cut in half ? When I told her that I wanted four orders, not four pieces, she said OK. I told her I needed four orders and she ignored me while processing my payment for the first order. I told her I didn’t want the first order because it was already getting cold and I wanted four orders to come out all at the same temperature. The manager eventually came up and she was equally as confused. I told her that I have four people in the hospital that I want to take food to and each one I would like to take a strawberry/banana French toast meal to. And I told her I thought the original girl was confused so she said she would go back and correct it and she took the first order that I already was charged for and threw it in the trash . Then they brought out three orders and charged me for all four. The people at this location are terminally stupid. There was a Waffle House between IHOP in the hospital so I was able to get a fourth mail so any future to go orders will be ordered from there.
Good was cold. Server could care less. Food sitting out for server to serve is bad service.
