Located in the Montgomery Plaza shopping center has the advantage of having ample parking. Inside the restaurant was a bit warm but not too uncomfortable. The hamburger and seasoned fries are good. The sweet it is some of the best I have had from a restaurant. The salads are pretty large. The prices are fair but the add-ons can make for a pricey burger. I will gladly visit again to try other menu items.
We have been eating here for a couple of years. Good food and decent prices. However, inflation has hit and hit hard. $31 for 2 ham sandwiches, 2 small drinks and 1 onion rings. And the ham now used on the sandwiches is thin sliced, like packaged lunch meat, instead of thick spiral honey ham. Very disappointing compared to the previous visits.
Ignore the bad reviews!! This place has THE BEST homemade food. I wouldn't recommend going late at night, as this is a sort of mom-and-pop-and-kid type restaurant that will occasionally close a bit early. Any other time, you're likely to have the place to yourself for a while. Service is quick and sweet, servings are big, and quality is excellent; all for the same price as a trip to Whataburger! Support local businesses in these trying times! ❤️

Had a gift card for a free 8lb ham and the location at Conroe wouldn't honor it because it had the humble location on it i have always redeemed it here.but the new owner won't honor it.which is his right.but won't be eating there no more which is my right.
It was great. A local mom and pop business run right. The owner working hard and steady behind the counter making sure all the orders are correct. Not taking a back seat and letting some uncaring teenager who can't provide change ruin his business. I love local businesses and this one definitely gets big marks for me. We had burgers and we took home a pound of ham. I couldn't wait to have a ham sandwich last night and it was delicious. Prices are definitely on par and within most every budget. We will be back.
Had a ham and turkey sandwich. It was just not good. It seemed thrown together and really sloppy. I ordered fries and i think i counted 12. Just didn't seem like a good value. They were once a very good option, but I'll have to pass now.
I'm new to this part of Conroe and was told about this little gem. I wish I had known about this place sooner. I love their burgers, especially with the jalapeno bun. Also, love their everyday deal from 4p-close. If you're new to the area or just looking for something different this is the place to go!
My first time here the owner was working food was great and service was good...,unfortunately my second visit was at night owner was not there...nobody was at counter to greet or take orders i almost walked out .then a young not so pleasant worker took our order after a long wait and only 2 other customers order came out the burger had no flavor and the bread was at least half inch around larger than burger and the bread tasted not cooked thorough.. the seasoned fries were horrible! Won't be back i went home and had to make something to eat. Really disappointed.☹️
