I really used to like Five Guys. But my experience yesterday, I might just be done with this place.First I was told they had no cheese for the burgers. I don't get how a burger place can be out of cheese, but whatever, I still ordered a bacon burger with a small fries and drink. When did that kind of order get to where it costs $19.75? I was so shocked I just paid for it and waited.I went to get a drink and more than one soda were just pouring out white, and none of them were Sprite.Then my food was finally done. The fries were this weird makeup of either soft or over cooked. The burger was barely ok, one of the patties was kind of chewy. And the bun tasted stale with some parts just so hard they were inedible.I've had good meals at this location, but this was so far off the mark that I don't think I'll go back.
This review is only for my most recent visit. They usually deliver a good experience however this time our fries although they look good in the picture; were too overcooked, almost burned and were not enjoyable. Burger was OK. I will also note that our cost for the same items we always order has increased 33% which is significant even with today's inflation. I could almost forgive the increase in cost if our meal was more consistent with past experiences. Quantity was not an issue, plenty to eat... Picture was a "small fries"
The burgers were excellent and very delicious. The regular fries were well done and had a tasty good crunch.
ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED AT HOW HORRIBLE THIS WAS ? $66 FOR 2 burgers and 1 side of fries and 2 drinks. This burger was horrendous. I could have gone to McDonald's for a better burger and saved $45
Came there and got bread that was so hard it crumbled in powder and fries were burnt. Paid $18 for some burger that tasted worse then a microwavable one from Walmart. I will never return to this branch.
I'm gonna start by saying if you go here be prepared to spend some money. You have to buy everything separately like burger, fries and drink. They really need to look into putting combos on the menu. I got a burger small fries and medium drink and it was $25. No wonder why the five guys burgers and fries shut down in my town.
came in at 9:26 on january 14th 2022 to place a order togo, didn’t get greeted. girl just said to us “y’all picking up or placing an order” i responded with placing an order & she immediately said “oh my god” followed by an eye roll. this guy takes our order, he’s super nice but he called out “four patties & large cajun fry” & the SAME girl says “oh my god” with another eye roll super loud. we work in the industry & we understand how annoying it is for people to come in last minute but we still had 30 minutes? we left before there were even closed. super unprofessional
For reference, I used to work as a manager here about 10 years ago from 2011-2014.I have given this place chance after chance after chance. I LOVE the burgers especially with the mushrooms. I always crave it when I’m pregnant, which I currently am. I made an order for about$50. Came in to pick it up and pay and they wouldn’t accept my $100 bill. Wouldn’t make an exception. So I went next door to schlotzskys and spent the same amount, they took my $100 without batting an eye. I left them a decent size tip too because they were extremely kind.Drove 25 minutes to get here. I’ve done this mutiple times for things totaling less here with no issues. But over the last 6 months, I have visited here 6-7 times and every time there has been some sort of issue. One was an attitude problem with a manager that refused to remake my fries without salt even though it’s what I ordered, and the rest were just forgetting paid items like bacon and cheese. I think we are finally just done with this Five Guys.

I ordered a hamburger, small fries and drink and the total came to right at $12. That's much more than other such hamburger eateries. The food was average. The staff was friendly. I haven't returned.
