I wouldn't recommend ordering through Uber Eats at this location. It's been 3 times now that we have placed an order through Uber eats for here, waited almost 2 hours, only to be told our order is cancelled/ unable to be delivered. I don't believe it to be an Uber Eats issue as we order through the app all the time with no similar issues from anywhere else, but we have yet to actually get food delivered from this place the times we've tried. Just a warning
I truly like the sandwiches in this place. They used to have a splendid variety on hot sauces, but after CVD they removed them from the customer counter area. They still have some hot sauces if you ask. Try the sweet and spicy, let me know how that goes.
Headed to Kemah from Conroe and was starving. This was my very first time going to a Firehouse Subs and the whole staff was so nice and helpful from the moment I walked in the door! I especially enjoyed talking to Jim as I waited for my food! What a nice fella! I ordered the "Hero" and added mushrooms and it was delicious! Can't wait to try other sandwiches! I'll definitely stop in here again anytime I'm in the area! Just want to say again how nice and friendly the staff was! Thank y'all!!!!
I'm not big on sub sandwiches,. but I had the soup, and it was delicious. The staff was friendly, and when there was a small confusion about what we ordered, they gave us what we thought we'd ordered without any argument or hassle.
customer service here is absolutely terrible. they just stand and look at you awkwardly and everything they say is monotone and sounds so annoyed. didnt greet me when walking in nor said goodbye, seemed like they just wanted me to get out of there. i understand if youre having a bad day, but at least show some semblance of manners to the customers. food was okay though.
Great subs a bit pricey. Don't be in a hurry here. You'll have to wait.
The sandwiches are amazing, there's no going wrong here. The staff was friendly too.
First time I had an experience with a order take out where they completely gave us the incorrect sandwiches. For the price of a large you would think they would get it correct. Place was also dirty compared to other locations.
