Good service. Got the sourdough breakfast sandwich and a large coffee with 2 cream 2 sugar. The coffee is outstanding. The sandwich was good, but not spectacular.Service was perfect. I’d go back in a beat.
This location used to be really good when they first opened but their overall quality and service has gone down a lot lately. The last few times that I have come to this location to get a chocolate shake has been disappointing. They informed me that they were out of chocolate ice cream. How can you be out of such a common flavor? If you know a lot of people eat that flavor then have multiples in stock, it's that simple.
Nice selection and reasonably fresh. Not quite as tasty as Krispy Kreme but decent flavor. Texture is a bit firm. Pretty good for a quick breakfast stop. Great coffee. It’s the best. Fair prices and counter service.
I rarely write a negative review, but this Dunkin’ Donuts failed me yesterday. I ordered two sourdough sandwiches which were not bad at all and would probably order again, and two medium hot cappuccinos, which were half full, one less than the other, and were not hot at all, not even warm; they were almost cold. To the owners and/or managers: Please try to do a better job at training your workers to pay more attention to your customers because your earnings depend on how many times we visit your stores. And if we ask for a hot medium size coffee we do not mean half way or less than half way full, and we do not mean kind of hot or warm; we mean hot. Please, please, please, do it better. Your store is in a nice area. I bet you more customers will visit your store or come back to your store if you give them what they ask for. Thank you.
I went on the app and placed a walk in order so I could save time so I could get my kid to her soccer game on time. I show up and the lobby is locked. I knock on the door and they wave me around to the drive thru. This is not what I wanted so I wanted to cancel my order, but I can’t as I’ve already paid via the app. So I go thru the drive thru which has a line of 3 cars and wait 15 mins as one of the customers has a large order. I get to the window and tell them of my displeasure that I ordered for walk in to save time and they should have removed that option if it was not an option and the manger kindly told me he has no control of the app and they had to lock the doors today because they are short staffed. I told him that I understand the staffing but in this day and age you can update the app to show you don’t have this service available and he said it takes 24 hours to update the app.I’m going back to Starbucks because at least they will give me the most up to date information via their app so my expectations are managed.
Today, after visiting Lowe's I asked my hubby to stop by at Dunkin for a treat. We had 2 cars front of us and we were waiting 20min + to get 4 donuts.. A Audi before us ordered 2 drinks, that's all.. Finally she opened the window, hand me a box and said: "Here!"No, Hi!, No, I'm sorry for the wait!Yeah, no more Dunkin donuts for me! I'll look up another place!Disappointing long wait and costumer service! Sad!
Im not one just to jump online like a Karen over one bad experience but this place needs a good looking at by corporate.Staff obviously doest care and the donuts are, idk how to explain it, low quality compared to other DnD's in the area.The other reviews aren't lying, find another place.
Reading the reviews, I didn’t think it could be that bad-but it is. Went in the morning and the donuts are from the day before. I get some places have stopped with masks, but the guy could not stop touching his nose with the sniffles.
My husband and I have gone to this location before and ordered two sausage kolaches with cheese. We bit into them and they were both frozen inside. Yesterday we went, for another chance, and asked for a Pupaccino for our dog. They charged us $1.00 for a tiny cup of cool whip. Then when I asked when they started charging for them the manager on duty rudely said they always have when we have never been charged for a tiny cup of cool whip. We have been disappointed on two occasions now.
Came back hoping service would be better this time. was very wrong. asked for two BACON egg and cheese wake up wraps, one for me, one for my dog (they used to be his favorite, but these he gagged at) and there was NO BACON! the egg and cheese was burnt. I was charged for it still though. the coffee was garbage, it was like I had a little bit of coffee with my creamer. way too much cream. no flavor other than cream. gross. definitely not coming back after my few previous bad experiences. ??
