Not the best Dunkin' to get your morning coffee. I have order at this location several times but I always am disappointed. The proportions used to make drinks are usually wrong. Making drinks either exceedingly sweet or bitter.I haven't had any problems like this at any other Dunkin'. Possible just new employees making drinks.
Terrible service.....had to wait for almost 15 minutes for an ordered for 1 person. The week before my order was wrong. Submitted a complaint and no once called, so customer service is not important to this location. Do not waste your time or money here.
I love Dunkin Donuts but I was really disappointed when I got there it was probably 12 in the afternoon maybe one. And they had chocolate iced donut holes or munchkins as they called them, powdered donut munchkins and glazed Munchkins. I made the discovery that they don't even make their own Donuts there they're delivered and when they run out they're out for the day all they can make it the little bitty donut holes what kind of a donut shop does that...
Ok, so I’ve visited Dunkin’ Donuts locations all over the USA during my travels and every time I’ve been served fresh coffee, food and donuts. However at this Conroe location, the donuts have not been fresh the last twovisits, and on one visit out of three the young people working there were more interested in socializing than taking my order and being friendly about it. I’ve visited the Conroe location three times and won’t be coming back because clearly the management is doing an awfully poor job. Serving stale donuts is not a good idea for a donut retailer and not having friendly service adds to the negatives to not go here and buy. It looks like management doesn’t even read these reviews or respond either!
The absolute most disgusting hospital food is served here. Terrible wait time on the “food”. Ordered a Latte and received MILK, SYRUP AND ICE. Asked for toasted bread and got a wet flimsy piece of bread and 2 slices of half bacon. Order here if you want to start the day with a loss!
Very clean establishment! Friendly service! If Ur needing some sugar, caffeine, different flavors of Tea's, U can get it ALL there!
Actually went to Baskins ice cream, clean place not very busy, good pricing, late afternoon not many donuts,lol
Didn't even want to give any stars!! We waited forever for our coffee and hot chocolates. It was like all the staff was moving in slow motion!! No napkins, no toilet paper in bathrooms!! Then one of my kids spilled there hot chocolate so I went to find some napkins and there was none. So I found a worker and told her we had a bad spill over here and I needed napkins and she gave me like 4 napkins. Wasn't enough to clean it all up, ended up leaving and walked outside to smoke a cig and the worker came out and wanted to get smart with me about cleaning the mess up. She said I should have informed them we made a mess. I said I did!! Anyway the staff is slow and rude!!
Again this place at rude customer service. I was cut off while trying to customize a drink my another assistant there, stating that she had already made my drinking that I could have no more add-ons. It was my first time ordering at this location and if you ever looked at the menu it's not easy to read they have customizations and add-ons all over the menu. Also their mic wasn't clear and I had to stick my head out of the window to get most of the order correct. Would not be going again clearly and Singularity, because of the customer service. I definitely will be spending my money at Starbucks from now on.
I've ordered avocado toast like 3-4x since September but I never receive it. I get my donuts and coffee but they never give me my toast. The frozen coffee and pup cup are all I'm going to order from now on
