Just went to this store to pick up my order of pizza through the app. When I got there, I mentioned my name to the manager. Instead of double checking to see if my name matches with the receipt, they directly gave me my order. So I assumed it was the correct one. When I was about to leave in my car, the manager knocked on my window and told me to pay up. I wasn’t even given the benefit of the doubt. Never had a problem before paying through the app so I figured it couldn’t be right. I came along inside the store with the intention of paying “correctly” this time. That’s when they realized they gave me the wrong order. Felt embarrased for nothing. I might have heard an apology but the manager should have apologized to me again before I left. Never coming back again to this store.
I’m giving this review 5 stars but only because of one particular employee. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but I distinctly remember that she had purple hair and wore glasses. On May 29, 2022, I had an order that was delivered to me but it was the wrong order. I tried calling the store but didn’t get an answer (I figured they were most likely busy since it was lunchtime). So I drove up to the store. This particular employee apologized for the mixup with the delivery driver and made my order over again. As I waited for my pizza, I watched her make multiple orders, answer phone calls, and check out customers all by herself. She was the only employee in the store at the time (the other employees were out on delivery). I believe that she should be recognized for her hard work and great customer service.
This Domino’s store is awesome! We order from them every week or two and can only remember one time having an issue, and they were proactive and apologetic in fixing issue. The quality is great, always hot, they are efficient and friendly!
They are so nice to my service dog when they deliver. This is a future review of my first face to face delivery (it's only baking, at the farthest possible stage, by now) since the pandemic. Usually they did contactless and I hollered thank you down the stairs. They even left an empty carboard something under my box to keep it off the cold concrete sometimes. They always make things right. They directed me to 1-800-Dominos to give feedback abo9ut the freebies not being downsizable to be gluten free...that's on me to follow up.
Order (4-pizzas and wings) was supposed to be delivered to my car by 6:35 pm, waited till 7:00 pm and went inside and the lady tells me she is sorry but they are busy, when I was watching from my car that was not the case, The 2-minutes guarantee is a complete joke. Horrible service!!!
You don’t see a team that truly seems to enjoy and take pride in there work at a fast food place very often. But I have to say this Domino’s day shift does. I have stopped 4 times over the last 2 months and ever time, I have received great attitude, attention to detail in there product they cooked for me and a great pizza. Keep up the great work!!!!
Seems like they have down graded their sauce,it just don't taste like they used to. I have previously given them a five star rating but not no more come on domino's step your game up .
I ordered 2 large speciality pizzas to be ready at 12:45. I arrived 20 minutes early because I miscalculated the distance and how fast traffic was flowing. They pushed my order to get it out and ready to me within 10 minutes of walking in. They went above and beyond helping me and Scott was great about reassuring me that it was no problem at all.
Scott and his crew did an amazing job!! He was very persistent in keeping me informed on pizza status. Thanks you guys !
Delivery is hardly ever on time even if ordered ahead for later delivery.
