We have enjoyed our previous visits to Culver's. Today we tried the Sourdough Melt. The bread was good. Unfortunately, the meat was a small patty & didn't come close to filling the bread slice. Also the meat had no seasoning, so was very bland. The cheese & grilled onions were good. The fries were tasty & well cooked, but there was only a small amount. There wasn't a full package of fries.
A northern fast food chain not well known down here in Texas. Known for their frozen custard (best ice cream, just try it), and butterburgers. This location is very clean and the food is made to order - always coming out fresh. I'd recommend you try the cheese curd appetizer. It's a nice twist to the usual mozzarella sticks.
I like Culver's and the food is decent but this location needs some work. Three of the last four times I've gone to get takeout something has been missing from my order. I always go inside so not a drive through issue.The kids working there take forever to get your order and some look like they don't want to be there. I get it but customer service is a thing. I asked for some ketchup to be added to my bag when I ordered for my onion rings and didn't get any. I think the kids at the register are not picking the orders so things get missed.Not a horrible experience but check your to go order before you leave.
I am unhappy with the service of this location late night. I work late and often eat late. Rarely is my order ever correct. I enjoy the malts and shakes but they are always so WATERY...I just don't understand this and it is getting frustrating because the burger is delicious. I always enjoy my meal but frequently have to return to get the order correct.
Food at this location has always been consistently good. I feel one star has been lost because the staff used to be more on top of things at the drive through like asking if you want sauces or giving them to you when you ask. The last two times we’ve been through they’ve left them out and the employees seemed less than thrilled at the drive through. I realize it’s a fast food place, but I hope they keep up the good customer service that was always key to securing more repeat customers.
I can't remember the last time I went through a drive thru and it was actually fast. Very impressed with the politeness of the staff too very friendly and awesome. The food was also phenomenal no dry patties or too overseasoned it was delicious
Stopped by for a Sunday afternoon lunch, and had the best time! Jeff helped take our order and made sure everything was how we like. We enjoyed the oldies playing in the background and shortly after our food arrived. Everything was hot from the grill to our table. Jeff provided excellent service the entire way through, even when I needed to get my caramel shake to go!
The food is amazing but I find it REALLY RUDE that you allow your drive through people on the phone and FaceTime people while working. What has this world come to.
Never been to Culver's before. Figured we would stop in to the one in Conroe. The butter buns are actually pretty good... Overall reminds me of a steak and shake with the burger sizes and taste to be honest. I don't mind steak and shake though, kinda miss it down here in TX. I will say thier root beer is like a "Dad's Root beer" if you remember the taste. The ice cream was good as well. We will be back to try a few other things in the future.
Very quick service. Large onion ring order is HUGE and the cheese curds are amazing!! The custard is also awesome.
