The wings are good here if you catch them on the night they're served. The kids love the pizza and desserts. There's a good selection of other dishes and a good sized salad bar. The staff is usually pretty friendly and the meal prices are fair. The only things preventing me from giving it a 5 star rating are the prices for the games (most are a bit steep), it's always a little dirtier than I'd like, and the pizza quality could be better. I would definitely recommend bringing the kids here.Update: Spent most of the day here again on 06/04/22. There was one new game added but no less than 6 games in need of repairs.
It was our first time coming here and I would recommend it.The place needs some much needed deep cleaning but it's still ok to visit. Our 8yr. old had a blast and so did my wife and I on the few activities that are ok for adults as well. The price is ok at adults: $10.99 and kids $9.50 for the buffet which includes the entrance fee. You can also just pay an entry fee of $10 but why would anyone pass on for a $0.99 you get the buffet as well. We purchased a game card with $20 as credits and it lasted a good while. If you're going to want to get on the gocarts or do laser tag, mini golf etc... be sure to add more money to the card because those activities go from $5 to $9 each and you do pay it with the game card as well. The first thing we did was eat and I have to say the pizza is petty good and the cinnamon rolls are a great dessert to finish the meal. We ate in the movie room and I have to say it was pretty nice to eat and enjoy a movie at the same time. I was surprised at the large variety of food choices (good job IPC!). Definitely will be going back but with a larger group. As for now Thank You IPC!
This place is awesome for any kids. They have a HUGE variety of games. The prices are reasonable in my opinion. Food is fine, nothing lavish. The buffet is super kids friendly. HOWEVER, if you are going to book a birthday room, be ready to run the show. The party host was not well trained. She was trying her best but she was definitely not prepared. Whoever her manager/trainer needs to do a better job. Otherwise, great place for kids and can easily spend the whole day there.
My family of 6 and a friend and her 3 kids came for the first time today. WE got there about 20 minutes after opening. It was pretty crowded and there was a line at check in and the buffet. But we were through the lines quickly and there was several options of Pizza and pasta. We really enjoyed the pizza though the spaghetti was a little on the sweet side. I have to recognize and employee there, named Dallas. He was quick to remove any plates that we were not using, wiping the tables and my daughter spilled some nacho cheese sauce in her hair and he provided napkins immediately. MY kids enjoyed the large choice in games and attractions. We played mini golf and bumper cars and wanted to do go carts but there was an 1.5 hour wait to do that. I believe that we will be back in the future.
We had a birthday party with 10 kids. It was our first time at IPC. The party host employee was horrible and disengaged. I had to repeatedly ask her what was next and to do her job. On top of poorly communicating, she would stand there staring blankly and respond with a bad attitude making the party room extremely awkward for everyone. We were waiting for her to communicate what we were supposed to do for an hour and a half and then rushed out of the room. We cut our own cake and served the kids while she stood there (which was probably for the best at that point). The other parents were also surprised and made comments about the situation suggesting that maybe she was under the influence. I will not pay to have a party here for any of my children again or recommend it. This was the first time we have been to IPC and was strongly dissatisfied. The bathrooms were also Lacking. Two of the stalls were covered in toilet paper and feces and there were a few dead roaches on the floor. The kids did enjoy playing the games and laser tag.
Food is delicious with lots of options, fun for both my 4 year old and my 12 year old. Love the play area for the younger kids and about 90% of the games were actually working unlike most of these places that have broken down games everywhere. Drove an hour to get here and will definitely be returning!
Great place to bring your kids all you can eat buffet at a pretty reasonable price. It is decent. The games are not a reasonable price. They offer a $7 game card with purchase a buffet real deal but you played two games in the cards done
Whole family had fun and the cost to fun ratio was awesome. The family packs they have were a great deal. The pinball machine card reader was down and I was pretty let down but other than that we were good. We will be back!
I love this place. We're from the north west, but have been here multiple times over the last 18 years. The food is always fresh, the salad bar and drink selection is outstanding. The games are super fun. The deal with an hour of unlimited play is my favorite.
My daughter love this place ! Ever since she was 3 years old we discovered this place and every once in a while go there . For a while they had Cyber Monday sale where I would buy 4-5 $100 gift cards for 50% off!!! It would make a great Christmas present for friends . My daughter loves the games , rides , flavored sodas are awesome !!!! Buffet all you can eat!!! What more can one want for to spend a day away in one place ! Clean bathrooms , fantastic mini bowling . Wish they did not remove ice skating ring ( replaced mini gulf there now) but use to be skating but on the warm flor not the ice and it was awesome !
