This location is disgusting. I would leave 0 stars if I could. It was over 100 degrees outside and there wasn't any ice in the soda fountain. The AC didn't seem to be working. It was so hot in the restaurant. The The pizza was limp and soggy with grease, the salad was wilted. The restaurant smelled like dirty diapers. The toilet seats in the ladies room had feces on them.
This place is ok. It's kind of expensive if you don't go M-W(5.99) to catch their special. The food is decent, and the place is not the cleanest, but the staff is always nice and friendly. I feel they do the best they can with what they have.
overpriced for what its worth, the pizzas we're drenched with grease and extremely thin, the cheese gave me and my 2 friends upset stomachs, and they were all together horrible. the games were either broken or claw machines that eat your money up and half of the place has a putrid smell coming from the bathroom.
I’m surprised the Pizza was half way decent. The entire restaurant smells like dead fish, it’s not busy yet every table is disgusting, none of the sodas have flavoring. I was shocked at this point the pizza wasn’t frozen. Eat somewhere else, it’s not even worth it for the kids!
This food bussin tho. The employees were pretty nice and made all the pizzas that were requested. Thank you
We took our son to Cicis for his birthday, there was only three selections if pizza; cheese, cheese with spinach and a cheese pizza with a small sprinkle of sausage. The pizza was heavily greased with a weird butter taste. The game room was just as bad, we speant 80 tokens trying to make up for the food and the claw games was close to impossible to win, the two games that could be played was taken up by the ashiers children who refused to let our son play one even if they didnt have any tokens. It was a severely disappointing experience, completely different than the cicis I've been to in the past.
Today is the first time being here and I am disappointed, I wanted to ignore the other reviews but they are all true. They only had 4 different pizzas out and all of them were poorly cut, the workers obviously didn’t wanna be there (but they didn’t give us attitude), the games will eat your money and the place smells as if someone had an accident in the middle of the restaurant. I grabbed the last two brownies they had out and they weren’t fresh so I waited for when they put more out and when they did I grabbed some and they were cold and under cooked, I was expecting them to be warm from just being out of the oven !!! I would give 3 stars if they had the Mac and cheese pizza but they didn’t even have it. I am devastated but this is why most Cicis pizza places get shut down
It’s a Cici’s so my expectations aren’t high but a few more varieties would have been nice on the pizza. Salad was also sparse. Staff was super polite and did make the special we asked for
Needed a quick lunch and this place did the trick. Staff didn't seem to want to be there and weren't very friendly. Was told they don't make pizza on request despite a sign right next to the employee saying it was offered. Also they only made 3 types the whole time we were there. Wouldn't recommend this place, unless in a pinch.
Never has food out. The people stand there and talk instead of working. It smells like a bathroom as soon as you talk in. Tables are nasty along with the floors and walls ?? Don't waste your time or money. Go to a different location. This one should be shut down
