They tend to skimp on to go orders or it’s def not done correctly! Look at my nachos. Burnt and barely any cheese!
Don’t come here. There were flies everywhere, the salt shaker had some weird liquid residue on the top, the menus were disgusting. Our waitress barely came to us, and then we were told she left and the new waitress proceeded to not attend to us. The food was disgusting. My husband had to go to the bar himself to ask them to refill my water, and we didn’t even sit by the bar but no one came and asked to refill our drinks for 20 minutes. Then, as we were leaving, the waitress made sure to stop us and ask if the machine went okay when we paid, basically stopping to make sure we didn’t dine and dash. That’s the only thing they were attentive on. Never coming here again.
We just visited the Conroe location and it was a horrible experience. We got there and waited for a while to get seated even though it wasn't very busy. We ended up sitting in the bar area where waited another 10 minutes to get asked what drinks we wanted. We then ordered a few minutes later the smokehouse platter with the 3 choices. We waited for over an hour. The waitress/bartender rarely checked on us and it was beyond what we could handle. We got there at 2:55 pm and walked out at 3:15 pm with no food. Absolutely the worst unprofessional experience I've had at chili's.
Just ordered a fiesta chicken bowl with (extra) chicken and this is what we get. I will give it to management that in the past this has happened and they made it right, but at some point this gets old. We pay over $20 for a single meal to be delivered to then receive a half a meal. I didn’t want to be”that” guy calling to complain again so instead we will not order from Chilis Conroe any longer and will just leave this here. You guys gotta do better and get someone in that kitchen that can make sure what you guys advertise is actually going out.
Everything was fine until today. If they are busy avoid going here because the service sucks. Most of the wait staff can't handle multiple tables. Our waitress took the kids order, and after seeing my kids dad come in she asked him did he want anything and he said no and she never came back. I never got to order my food and after finally coming back to our table after waiting 30 minutes, and I say something (I'm a very calm person so I wasn't yelling or snapping) she was like I feel like your mad at me and ran off to get the manager and the Manager finished waiting on us. Was not a great experience at all
Food was good and the Curbside person was so nice and apologetic! However, there was only one person and there was no one else to help! I felt awful for the Curbside person. Please get some more workers for Curbside!! That's the only reason for my 4 stars.
My table had crumbs on it, their wings are not breaded, the salad they brought me was phenomenally wilted. It was very obvious and the waiter did nothing about it. I smiled and said thanks and left a reasonable tip because I’m basically a coward. And also because I know the waiter and cooks get paid worse than the food is bad- just a bad choice to eat here. Also! Their was one of those weird hurricane type fans that suck air - usually rancid or foul air- within two paces from where so was seated. Sucking air FROM THE BATHROOMS to where I was sitting!!- I mean surely there were other tables, right???
I'm not even sure why we keep coming back here, especially in the evenings. It's always a bad experience!!Today it took 20-30 minutes for us to get someone to even come take our drink order. Then when we ordered our appetizers, they came out cold, and it took over an hour to get the food out for a 3-person table. That's just crazy, and the food was cold!
I wanted Salmon 10:30 at night for this purpose I was satisfied. For a restaurant or food quality, wasn't great. I know it's fish from chilli's but it looked like it was covered in soap for some reason, suds all over, and yet it was cold upon receipt. I got a to go order and was waiting in store, took around 28 minutes to get the food. The time waiting was okay, but was disappointed in temperature and texture. Multiple chewy places in the fillet. I reheat it in my oven once I got home and it tasted a little better but then was more dried out. The potatoes were very delicious though, I can't lie.
Ended up eating here last night after was too long of wait at 3 other restaurants. Even starving food was so so & service was awful. She was rude & once delivered food never saw again until we went & found her to get ticket. Never offered tea refill. I had steak fajitas for sure not worth money & grandson had chicken tenders which he said was alright, the fries he had were best thing on table. Last time ever here no matter how long line is at Roadhouse.
