By far the worst Chicken Express I’ve ever been to. I sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes (no exaggeration) with only 3 cars ahead of me, they were out of fries (A fried chicken chain? Out of fries?), didn’t give any ketchup or ask if I wanted it, and after all that they still didn’t give me the correct food that I ordered. Not to mention, the chicken tasted old and dried out, with several of the tenders being super small and mostly breading.
I wouldn't of gave it a star if that had been a option the food was terrible the lady at the drive thru was rude and when I brought my food back because the chicken was cold and the Mac n cheese tasted gross I asked for fries instead of more of the Mac and the lady rolled her eyes at me an still put the Mac in my box I will not be back. They also none of them wore gloves ?
This is the most unprofessional Chicken Express i have ever seen. No one in the kitchen wears hair net or mask.The lobby never open due to short staff.If the First Lady working the headphone give u attitude when she can’t hear you. The manager gets on the headphone with the worse attitude ever. Apparently everybody hated their job there. Fish only gets cook when u order it. The audio of her telling people you gone have to wait 15 mins for fool is ridiculous
The lady working the window today around 12PM was super rude.They were out of dinner rolls, okra, fried pickles, ranch, gravy & boneless wings. The chicken i recieved was also half breaded.Im not one to complain but her attitude was uncalled for. I guess she got annoyed when I said "well what do you have?", after ordering a third of the menu and was told "I'll give you ______ instead".They need to train their employees on customer service.
So, I go through drive thru at 6:09pm on 2/13/22 order #309 I order 3 pc fish dinner with double poppers a biscuit with 2 extra biscuits, which I get once a week. I get home and get ready to eat it and the fish is hard and dry . I had just worked a 12 hour shift. I really didn't feel like driving back up there. I drive back to establishment and young lady looked at with no remorse and said, "throw it away I'll remake it for you". No apology or anything. So, then I had to wait an extra 7 or so minutes for fresh ? whereas if it was already fresh I wouldn't have had to come back. We must do better. To pay $14.96 and gas is going up. I'm just saying. I am being tested today. 2nd establishment with no so good service?. I will continue to get fish from here but will check before leaving from now on.
I love Chicken Express but this is the 3rd time in a row I have had issues. Didnt get drink this time, I missed it and was already home when I realized it. My food was also cool to the touch and I only live 15mins away. Last time didnt get my half dozen tools and biscuits I ordered and took 25 minutes to get my order.Please do better
I love the fresh liver they cook it to order every time...Very friendly young lady that works there by the name of Jada she's very friendly & have a great personality...
My order was not packed correctly. Not sure what the problem was, but I was miles away from their location when the problem was noticed. The employees should have knowledge of their product and be able determine one piece from another. Not a happy customer.
Terrible service from the manager after I asked to speak to him about being served uncooked livers after specifically requesting they be cooked crispy. Not sure I will be returning. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
This place has gone down hill since my last visit. They used to give you a huge serving of fried okra & this last time it barely filled the little paper bag. My biscuit was apparently left over from the previous day cause they can't get that tough in a day! The chicken was good, but the meal was spoiled by the sides. Sad but true.
