I as any other American loves chick fil a with my whole heart! I 100% recommend, this location is great, always great customer service. The only issue I have is one of the employees seems to have attitude problems, I personally have been given an attitude by this individual, and once when going through the drive through the same employee dropped my change all over the ground and didn’t offer to help or even bother to say sorry. I also saw her yell at a fellow employee while at the cash register. Please handle this unprofessional behavior. I believe the employees name was Kait. Other then for Kait I will be coming back for more chicken
I usually have no problems with this one and I did curbside but today they had me sitting in my car for 10 minutes they had my food placed and ready it was ready around 8:01 but I went in there around 8:12 and they gave it to me. This was poor service they were horse playing back their and gave other people their food when they were at curbside. When I went inside they had it placed at the UberEats spot when I had ordered it from the Chick-fil-A app. The food was cold and the drink was watered down when I got it. I am disappointed with the staff at this restaurant and the manager didn’t help when we had called to complain.
its always on and off with this place. Most of the time they are really good and i usually get really helpful workers, but a few times i have had awful experiences. I drive thru very often on my lunch break sometimes, so I don’t always get the same employees. Even if my experience wasn’t that great it doesn’t bother me because I’m an ex-CFA employee, I know how it is especially when you’re outside in Texas summer heat, but recently I had the worst experience. I rolled down my window and immediately I knew this guy was off. He was getting distracted and wasn’t listening to my order and he messed it up. He was laughing at me and just kept laughing when I tried to tell him he was getting my order wrong. I ordered a hot coffee and I know that takes a while to make in the middle of the day so I told him I was willing to wait. Then he gets another employee and told them that I wanted a coffee and didn’t want to wait. Then he put down the coffee but put down the wrong creams and sugars that I had asked for. He just was not paying attention and didn’t seem to care. Everyone else has been amazing and helpful besides him. I hope that it was just that one day that he was like that
5 star review is strictly for the employee named Fed. Also I see and hear the people in the kitchen working their butts off so they deserve to be commended too, the only name I managed to catch was Holly who was working very hard maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room. 5 stars for her too. Everyone else needs brush up training on how to be polite and treat guests.Fed goes above and beyond every single time I see her. Very polite and engaging. I’ve been very turned off by many of the employees here including a handful of the shift leaders/ lower management. Fed is the only ONLY reason I continue to come here.
The chicken is ALWAYS on point. I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A especially at this location. It's is always SUPER busy in the afternoon during lunch but that's to be expected. They always have enough employees to try and get through the line as quickly as possible.The ice cream machine seems to always be working which is a plus because we always get cones and frosted lemonades.As always, it's my measure is a phrase that will never get old and will always be appreciated when ordering here.
Ordered my meal. Asked for a salad container so I could mix my nuggets, Mac and cheese and sauce but they refused to provide one. Chick fil a usually prides itself on its service so I was quite disappointed they couldn’t meet this request. I would have asked and paid for the container if I knew they wouldn’t have provided one; I really didn’t think it was a huge ask.
I love Chick-fil-A! But do not like this particular Chick-fil-A. They never get my order correct , even though I know that the girl entered my order correctly and after sitting in line for over 10 to 15 minutes. Other chick fillets do a fantastic job.
Great food, timely service, however, something small is usually missing from order such as dressing, silverware, etc. Just make sure to check your order before you go and you should be good to go. Other than that, no complaints!
Called around noon to see if they had coffee. They said yes. Got there around 12:15 to get it. Left at 12:45 with my tiny coffee.
The original chicken sandwich is like a vitamin. You need it and you want it. The extra pickles makes it "healthier" is what I've heard from people who play doctors on TV. I'm not a poet at this time, but if I was I would surely put together a sonnet. Why am I writing a review like this? I dunno. I had an extra minute to spare while I chew my food with my mouth closed.
