Average fast food experience. Wanted to go through the drive-thru for convenience. You know what Chick-fil-A's drive-thru looks like. Went through the drive-thru and they gave us the wrong order. Decided to go back into the drive-thru to have them correct the mistake and give us the food that was ordered. My receipt was correct but they gave us different food. Didn't even say sorry for getting the order wrong. Could have at least apologized.
I don't go too much to chick fil-a but all the ones I have been too are always clean. The lobby of this one was dirty for an hour or more. I found a table had to clean it myself, let the kids play for at least 30 min, ordered dessert, played more and this whole time everything was filthy. The only thing you see were dinner people working really hard and restocking and some just hanging around and chatting.
Got called Breonna Taylor in the drive thru line. I don’t know if the team member was trying make me laugh or what, but I didn’t find it funny. When I called the manager he said no one with that name worked for him. I’m almost positive Landon was his name…but even if it wasnt… can we address the insensitive insult? I will not return to this location.

Great customer service! Had employees outside helping to take orders/payments in the drive-thru lanes, which greatly improved efficiency! Food is consistently very good.
I'll be honest, I asked for an order through Uber including some sauces that never arrived, the chicken was horrible and overcooked and the grill nuggets didn't even say it. I worked in one of them and that didn't happen I think they should hire their employees better.

I’m not a person to write a review, but here I am. This CFA used to be great, but it’s slowly going down hill.Here are my reasons:• Every TEAM MEMBER is so genuine and kind. But every LEADER is rude and seem like they don’t care. I have walked in and not been greeted by leaders because they are gossiping at the manager station. But I was sure to be greeted by a team member who was urgent to connect and take my order. Today I went threw the drive through and the leader on outside run did not speak to me while I waited. He then handed me my food and turned back around. I thought Leaders at CFA were supposed to be examples for their Team Members? Hopefully the Leaders can take notes and be kind to guest, and their fellow team members.• What is the point of having someone on outside run to go ahead and hand me the food at the window? The whole point of having outside run is to PULL UP the cars and fill in the EMPTY space in front of the car. Therefore, MORE cars can fit into the drive thru, and it can UP the sales. But since the Leader on outside run wants to be lazy, they are just hanging the order out at the window. Also, the leaders don’t even hand out drinks or food, (that is sitting there) they just stand their and WAIT for the next car to come to them. While drinks and food just SIT there. Which means, food gets cold. Which isn’t being efficient for the guest OR the business.CFA College Park, be kind, and be EFFICIENT. Thank You!
Staff are friendly, helpful and a joy to interact with. Food was excellent as usual. Inside was clean and organized.
