Waited almost an hour for food today during lunch, asked about three times where my order was and they said "we are busy right now" for every time. finally a hostess notice I was there for a long and spoke up for me. Turns out they never even started my order and still had to wait. When I finally got to my destination I realized they forgot all my sauces and one of my mac and cheeses. I wasted my whole break thinking chick fil a would be fast but I ended not even eating my food. disappointing.
The restaurant is busy so the ongoing service staff maintenance includes work with a broom in the dining areas during dining. A recommendation is to consider updating the S.O.P by investing in modern equipment and training to reduce the current action of redistribution.

Worst I ever got. They were so confused we did not get what we ordered. We ate it but did not like it the coffee was bad didn't even get any cream for it. This is the second time in a week that I ordered was messed up.
Absolutely love this place. Staff is always smiling ,and cheerful. Food is always hot, fresh, and I have yet to have any order mishaps.
If you can please do not have it freezing during non busy times such as at 700. It was so cold in there our food was cold before we even got done eating..I understand summer and when it is busy but please monitor. Also the cashier asked us if it's okay if he kept .63 cents bc he had no change and didn't want to do anything about it. What in the world never have I ever anywhere! Disappointed in customer service big time for that!! I work for a bank as well and there is no coin shortage I can tell you that.
Even though They were very busy at the drive thru i still got my food quickly. Awesome chicken nuggets! Great service everytime!
This chick fil a has gone down hill. The last few visits I’ve had were unpleasant with short tempered employees, employees who don’t know the menu but refuse to let you pull up to it, and I’ve left without the things I need to enjoy my meal like straws and sauces. Disappointing because it used to be a really good location!
