Service was horrible. From waiting on our ALCOHOL to waiting on our food, it was terrible. 2 of us got our food 15 minutes before the other 2. And when we spoke to the manager he said their new policy was to deliver food to the table as it came out, not as the whole table was ready. (3 of us ordered boneless wings and 1 ordered child's tenders). So to make it right, he would give us 25% off our bill. No, he gave us like $5.25 off our bill. It was a s h i t s h o w.

My wife, our 8 month old, and I came in about an hour before closing. We were asked to sit in the bar area, I was 100% okay with that. Our baby can sleep anywhere anytime. A very nice man named Adartus came over and ask us why we were sitting in the bar area with a baby. I told him why. He then offered to take care of us in the standard dinning area. I truly appreciate people going out of their way when they don’t have to. Adartus was a fantastic waiter and had great customer service as well, thank you very much sir!

My family and I come here a lot, and they always get our order wrong. We never complain, but this was our last time. We ordered BONE-IN sauce mild chicken wings but got BONELESS, dry, left out, wings. Employees are doing nothing but chatting and laughing, the music was so loud we constantly have to repeat ourselves and yet we still get the wrong orders. I don’t recommend this place, it’s not even worth the wait and the troubles. 1 out of 5 stars.

Our waitress was very sweet and patient with us. The food did take a little longer, but people need to understand this is not the server’s fault. They’re not the ones cooking. The food was delicious also.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings and I’m very picky about the food, it really determines whether or not I’ll return. This was my first time at this location and the food was amazing, everything was hot, fresh, and crispy I would definitely come back and recommend this location to anyone. Service was good to no complaints

I went with my husband and son around 4pm on a Friday and the hostess seated us and told us we couldn't set a highchair at a booth, okay weird policy but I understand.We noticed we were seated way out of the way of any other customers, also not a big deal but kind of weird. Like our 1 year old might disturb other customers? It wasn't busy at all, there were 5 booths and 1 table seating people.What made it a horrible experience was we sat there for 23 minutes without anyone coming to take a drink order or anything. There were 5 waitresses up at the front laughing and having a grand time. Then 8 more staff members came from the back and walked various directions. Literally anywhere in the restaurant but our table. It was seriously ridiculous that we saw at least 12 staff members standing around and cutting up and we couldn't even put a drink order in. We just packed up and went over to Red Lobster where the service was wonderful and we left a 40% tip.We will never come back to this place, we will make the trip to the Shenandoah location before we ever come back to this one.I already left a formal complaint on the website under the FAQ Orders and Visits.

Ordered Togo today, mozzarella sticks and lunch 6 piece boneless wings (medium sauce) with fries. Got home and opened it just to see undercooked mozzarella sticks, boneless wings with a different sauce than the medium I requested and fries that tasted 3 days old and chewy. $17 wasted just to throw it out. Why is it so hard to make food correct?

Not very happy with this location. Went with my husband and he ordered a chicken wrap with no tomato no ranch and fries and I ordered six traditional wings with my six birthday wings. When we got our food his came out first and it was wrong they had the tomato and ranch on it and he’s allergic to the tomato. So they took it back said they were going to fire another one and we waited for 15 minutes and never got it. They brought out my food but we told them to just cancel the refire. They brought us the bill and we payed and left. We are both very angry for the slow service and lack of respect that they showed us. We will go to the woodlands location from now on.

Terrible service from our waitress, saw her once in 50 min visit. Drinks were empty for 30mins. "Southwest Chicken Sandwich" was terrible! It's an oversized chicken nugget (frozen food quality) with swiss cheese melted over it. It's beat by ANY AND ALL fast food chicken sandwiches. I'm not picky, but that's a college dorm ,only has a microwave, chicken sandwich if I've ever seen one.Chicken tenders, were good.Both portions of fries were incredibly small.Our drinking straws were from Sonic , at the time I thought it was funny , but now I see it was a sign of poor management and service to come.
